What an excellent service! Recovering from 3 surgeries in 9 months but still determined to make a long-planned trip to the UK from the States, it was clear I'd still need a wheelchair at least some of the time. We randomly contacted 2 other services, neither of which could help us (one didn't even respond). And then, thank goodness, we found LendoCare. I was able to do everything via their very user-friendly website, but a real, live person was available to talk to if we needed further assistance. Being extremely familiar with this right now, we know LendoCare's price point is more than fair. A beautiful, clean, lightweight, collapsible wheelchair was waiting for us at our hotel in Newbury when we arrived. Because our plans changed, we needed to tack on an extra day's rental and change the collection address to a hotel at LHR. Without blinking an eye, Olena at LendoCare waved her magic wand and made this happen - at no extra charge!!! We cannot recommend this service more highly. If you need to be on wheels, use LendoCare.

It was easy to book up. The company kept me updated with progress The chair was delivered early in the morning. It was comfortable and quite easy to push. It collapsed down easily to fit in our boot. The chair made a real difference to our trip. The collection was efficient and on time

Everything was fine!
There were some not very constructive questions from our airline, but even they were constructively answered by LendoCare.
This is the first time I have had a scooter/cycle and it was really helpful.
The only question I have is: is it possible to have a forward-handle on the right instead of the left? I am lefthanded because of my stroke and it is "awkward" to think backward and forward the "wrong" way!!!
I had a wonderful trip, not possible without the cycle.

Excellent service we had a rolling Zimmer frame delivered to a hotel in the Lake District for my dad to use great piece of equipment and was delivered and collected on time. Can’t recommend high enough.

The website was easy to navigate with a good choice of mobility equipment for hire. The hiring process was uncomplicated, delivery and collection was well organised

The mobility scooter arrived promptly, but I was unable to use it because the front left wheel was rubbing against the body, making steering difficult. I contacted Lendocare and provided the necessary information so they could see what was wrong. They offered to replace the scooter, but since it happened on a Friday, they could not provide one for the weekend. As the scooter had been booked for use from Friday until Monday, I cancelled the hire as I had needed it for the weekend and Monday. Lendocare told me that the scooter was 'fully useable, with only minor cosmetic damage (scratching on the wheels)' and as a goodwill gesture offered me £25.
I had planned on trying out the company's mobility scooter, but it does not appear to be available to buy, There is no business address either.
I would not recommend this company.

The wheelchair was delivered promptly and in excellent condition.
It performed beautifully.
It is also good to have the option to have a flexible loan period which you can change at any time.
Altogether a very smooth and stress-free experience which we will certainly use again.

Responsing very fast! The mobility scooter was great which I rented. Instructions how to start to use the scooter could be included in the box, that would help but LendoCare answered to my questions fast.

I do not hesitate to recommend this company. I hired a wheelchair long term for my elderly mother .
Whenever I contacted them they responded immediately . Flat tyre they came next day and exchanged. So helpful when we needed a lighter chair .
Just recently needed to stop contract . They did this straight away and arranged collection within 2 days. Thank you it for making it such an easy experience. I hope you branch out to other equipment in the future. Rachel

The wheelchair was excellent and easy to control.
It made a big difference over the Christmas period.
It was comfortable and easy to get from the bed to the chair. All the parts (arm rests, brakes and leg extensions) were easy to manage.

Outlandishly more expensive than the prices advertised. I hired a wheelchair for 2 weeks for £20pw. I also rented a cushion and leg extender so £30pw. My total would be £110.
