My 12yr old Autistic daughter was delighted when she opened the Stitch breathing near. But unfortunately it stopped working after about 20 mins. The breathing part no longer works and now it just plays music. She is incredibly disappointed as are we. We should have read the other reviews first.

Update have sent 3rd email to new email address requesting replacement will update as soon as this is received..
Hsve received the item after it taking over 2 weeks to come, put new batteries in and it does nothing. Have emailed them twice to get a replacement that actually works or my money refunded into my account but no reply at all.

Would not recommend
The product I received was faulty and of extremely poor quality. I reached out to the contact "support" and was told I'd get a partial refund even though the policy says if returned within 30 days I'd get a full refund. They won't give me a return address either and have completely stopped responding to my emails for over a week now, leaving me with a very poor quality product and out of pocket. I'd highly recommend not purchasing from this site. It's been such a stressful situation.

Save your money
even though your website advises not to buy cheap versions the version I bought from you it terribly made, the wires to the battery pack look like my 3 year old did it with a glue gun. The Velcro strip at the back doesn’t fully meet leaving rough bits which isn’t idea for snuggling. The while product just screams cheap and poorly made yet I paid your prices for it. Delivery took a good few weeks, packaging was very poor. Very disappointing I would advise against purchasing this, save your money.

Disgusting product
Disgusting product. I ordered 4. Wish I hadn’t!! They are all cheap looking and no stuffing in them. Approached customer service, have been ignored despite sending 2 photos and 3 videos.
DO NOT BUY. THESE ARE CHEAP KNOCK OFFS!

Absolute lies based on the fact I have sent 3 videos and 3 photos. No reponse.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
Further update 6/8. After promising me a refund would be issued at 40% of the sale on 1/8 I am still awaiting it. When I queried if it had been issued they asked for a further video.
Will now be making contact with my bank about the money being taken for a fraudulent product.
They lie like nothing else while flogging cheap rubbish. Which I have recently found out doesn’t even work!!! When I queried this I was told to add batteries. Hadn’t thought of that, of course. Eye roll.

Ordered a calm bunny
Ordered a calm bunny. Think one from wish would have been better quality. Took ages to arrive, it’s made poorly and cheaply. Wires hanging out and a deformed face.. anything but calming!
On the plus side I received a refund very quickly.

Absolutely gutted. Bought the calm koala for my 9 yr old daughter who asked every day if it had arrived. When it finally did I thought it looked odd. It plays horrible music which you can't turn off, has no heartbeat sound which it not as described on the website and after 2 days the tummy has stopped moving. It also has exposed wires leading to the battery pack. Have contacted customer service and waiting for reply

I purchased the Koala, it took 5 weeks to be delivered. Once delivered I was extremely disappointed as you press it on it starts with a breathing sound, then it switches to music there is nowhere that states that it will play music, if I’d known I would not have bought it as it increases my anxiey. Also there is no way of dimming the light as stated, also only on breathing pattern. I’ve had no response to my emails regarding my disappointment, as it stands I do not wish to keep it

This website is a scam
This website is a scam, I ordered two stitch teddies which did arrive after a month, but look nothing like what they are advertising, the hair comes off they are all deformed and stitching is coming off.
I have tried to email them multiple times and on multiple platforms and they have just been ignoring me, please do not waste your money on this company. I am absolutely devastated, bought them as a gift and that’s basically £50 down the drain.

Very good 😊 came in 15 days of ordering. Good quality. I ordered the calm stitch and he’s so cute, I just love him. He lights up, breathes and makes cute sleeping noises and plays this sort of meditation music and some lullabies which some I don’t like but there’s 2 I do like. Thankyou ☺️😊
