Don’t buy it
This product took forever to arrive. It didn’t have the free items that were supposed to come with it. It looks horrible and is soooo loud. Definitely no calming effect here. There is no heartbeat sound. I am someone who suffers with severe anxiety especially at night, I feel
completely taken advantage of since I spent money on something I thought would hopefully help even a little bit and it’s worthless. Please don’t spend your money on this product it is truly a waste.

Utter crap, do not buy!
The Calm Stitch took almost a month to arrive and when it got here the quality was awful, it looks like something you’d get at a fairground, but worse. The battery pack is poorly glued together, it doesn’t light up or breathe, just a tinny sounding speaker playing lullaby’s.

Not worth the money at all
Not worth the money or the hype. I've bought this for a friend's birthday which was missed as it took so long to arrive, it comes from China when though the website looks to be in the UK. First off the free keyring was missing. Then considering what I paid I expected it in some kind of box or presentation package but it comes completely squashed in a vacuum bag. On opening, the fur comes away easily on your fingers so I wouldn't recommend for a young child. Trying to put batteries in, the battery pack was hanging out on arrival and won't sit/ fit flush into the toy, meaning, the velcro fasten won't line up and close properly. The quality of the "relaxing" noise is anything but relaxing, it's a very mechanical weird sound and I'd defy anyone to fall asleep to that. It's hit and miss when pressing the button if it feels like working or not. I couldn't bring myself to gift it and am stuck with it. I would completely avoid, the adverts do not line up in any way to the actual product.

DONT BUY IT
No keychains in package, I got nothing that was supposed to be “extra.” I only received the stitch plush. Let me start by saying, it sounds HORRIBLE. Not relaxing at all for my child. The Velcro to close the back doesn’t match so it stays scratching my child. Horrible. I wouldn’t order another one, even if it was free. It took almost 30 days to arrive. I should’ve known better.

DONT WAST YOUR MONEY
When I received my two Calm Stitch toys, firstly no free anxiety help books, secondly no free keyrings.
** Now let me get to the "quality" of these items.
• They are cheaply made, one has a battery pack with an on/off switch, the other does not.
• One is activated by pressing on its stomach, the other has a small switch in the right foot that I could barely find.
• they have completely different labels so they clearly weren't made in the same batch/factory.
• The noise of the motor for the raise and fall chest is so loud it defeats the whole idea of this toy.
• They do NOT have a vibration feature, NO ultrasound & absolutely NO womb breathing.
To the Lemurus customer care team, if you insult me enough to reply to this review with exactly the same generic reply, I HAVE already got in contact with contactlemurus@ gmail.com and got nothing back. I WILL take you to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice because this is false advertising.

I received my blue Stitch in the mail. I opened it that day. He didn’t come with batteries, so I placed brand new ones in and the music and the light worked. However, the belly does not rise and fall. Also, the pump in his head does not work to move his ears. I have reached out to customer support and they just continue to request me to change the batteries.
This toy was a test run to see if it was worth getting two additional for my special daughter and my smaller daughter. But, I am finding out that it’s a 50/50 chance for it to fully work and if it doesn’t suck it up, because they will give you the run around instead or honoring their product.

This place is a scam
This place is a scam, read the details, NO REFUNDS. Any reputable company willing to stand behind their product will offer a refund. It took almost a month to receive these units, they ship directly from China. Two of the three units did not have a power switch, one of the units will not turn off the music. The sound is as relaxing as sitting next to a loved one on life support. None of them have a heart beat sound just an orange chest. I intend on taking out the mechanics and stuffing them, at least get a stuffed animal out of this situation.
Their website offers nothing but false advertisement. Do not buy from this company.

Really poor quality
Received mine last week and not impressed at all. The quality is terrible. The back velcro openings do not close flush. The heartbeat motor is so loud it sounds like a robot, nothing calming about it at all. The breathing sounds are also really odd and not something I want to give my daughter for her birthday coming up which it was intended. No instructions were provided either. Overall really really poor.

First the breathing only lasts a few minutes and shuts off, not long enough to fall asleep. The velcro back is rough and scratchy to cuddle with. The internal items are rough and uncomfortable. Didn’t come with any instructions or the “free” book. Took almost a month to arrive. Not happy with my purchase at all.

I received the two animals I had chosen, Winnie the Pooh and a cat, neither work. No instructions to start with. I worked out how to open the back, applied the batteries then realised one of the animals had an on off switch, the other didn't, rather irrelevant as it happened because neither work.
