Hey, I loved the dress, it made me look beautiful all night, it was very shiny, just how I wanted it.🥰

Gutted I saw these reviews after I spent £75 on an order. Never received I actually am in doubt it was ever shipped. They send “tracking” which claims it’s delayed. I reached out to customer service who said it was because of Christmas even though it was ordered a month before Xmas. They said they’d follow it up and they said the courier had attempted delivery which was false and the tracking also didn’t note that, it had not changed. Complained multiple times to customer service to never receive a reply. Ended up disputing the payment with my bank to get my money back.

Hello, Lemon Lunar has stellar dresses. They fit well and the fabric is quality. They did forget one dress from my order, but they were easy to contact and sent me the item in a timely manner.

They will steal from you. Do not order this from your company. They do not ship out packages or respond to customer service emails. They will pretend it’s the “couriers” fault but they didn’t even dispatch the order to the shipping company. They just created a shipping label for over a month. Shut this company down.

DO NOT BUY! Package never arrived, they do not use a courier with signature on delivery or even proof of delivery. Spoke to customer service multiple times and they could not offer proof of delivery, would not resend the dress or give refund. Lose my money.

They fit perfectly and looked stunning, I received countless compliments while wearing them! Communication throughout the process was efficient and seamless, and my parcel arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. Highly recommended!

I bought few items for over 300 Euros. Package was never sent.. How this is even possible that they exist??? Does anyone know how to get money back? I would like to take this further
