If I could give less than 1 star I…

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This company is run by thieves. I’ve been waiting for a refund for well over 4 weeks. My emails are being ignored and my messages deleted on instagram. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Absolutely rubbish service

Absolutely rubbish service. It’s been over a month that I returned my item. I have proof that it was delivered, and they have ignored all my emails regarding refund. I have seen a few people complain about items missing , and not getting response to where the rest of their items are. Please don’t order from them. I have raised a complaint about my refund through Clearpay and they are working on it.

Great

Ordered a beautiful dress for next day delivery and it came the next day. Dress looked just like it did on the model and I got so many compliments for my birthday! Great quality as well and the sizing was perfect! Totally recommend.

Awful

Just awful! Paid £100 for a set which arrived completely different colours and the cheapest quality I have ever seen so I returned straight away yet 3 weeks later I have still not received a refund. Emailed and DMed multiple times to receive the same generic responses. Would absolutely avoid!

SCAM Company

For anyone who has returned an item and not received a refund -- the ONLY way to get your money back is through your bank or credit card company. LemonLunar are running a scam -- they will keep the returned goods and hold your money. Send the item back, keep receipts, and go to your bank after a couple of weeks for your refund.

I bought a dress that was such poor quality, I can only assume it was faulty and slipped through the net during quality control. I sent the item back within 24 hours. That was several weeks ago. No refund has been issued. The item was sent by Royal Mail tracked delivery; it reached the company; yet still no refund. I am forced to go through PayPal to try to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM!!

The service from this brand is awful…

The service from this brand is awful tried to order two times both paid for Saturday shipping £7 and neither item was even sent out for a good few days had to cancel both for it to happen both times, it is obviously how the people run the business.

If I could give no stars I would!
Ordered through boohoo a dress and body suite , was told that I can not return the body suite for hygiene reason….. don’t understand why they do not place hygiene strips in them like boohoo, was not cheap so stuck with something far to small. Returned a dress how they told me too via returns portal I have never received a refund as I order it through klarna I am still having to pay for it as it’s not updated my klarna account, no reply from customer service and last email I sent was returned to say the mail box doesn’t not exist.

Never will o order from here again lost out on £60 pounds which these days is a lot of money

Would never in my life order from here again

Would never in my life order from here or debenhams again!!! I ordered what I thought was a dress turns out it was just a bodysuit. I can accept that was my mistake however, I ordered a large and it is not true to size it came so small I couldn't try it on. I bought through debenhams and on their website it said returnable within 28 days, I would never buy something that isn't returnable. Anyhow I went on the returns portal for lemonlunar and surprise surprise it said non returnable. So I contacted debenhams because I believe they are false advertising their returns. I even read the small print for what they consider lingerie and it says if label is still on and hygiene strip is still on. Well there was no hygiene strip and also the tag is still on. After several attempts to try and speak to someone at debenhams throygh the awful messenger option on favebook all they came back with is that lemonlunar are not accepting returns on this item. They were so unhelpful and didn't touch upon the fact that they are falsely advertising returns. So now I am stuck with a £30 item I cant even try on!!!

Bad quality

Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. Ordered through concession on boohoo. Quality is so bad for the price, the body suit has straps that are attached like bra straps but everytime you even move a tiny bit the straps ping off making it unwearable. Reached out to them but no one seems to be listening and just saying I cant return it because it’s a body suit but the item is faulty and unwearable. Would never order from them again after the poor customer service.

Worst company!!!!!!!!!!!!

I never leave reviews on companies but Worst company!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shopped via Debenhams and still have not received my refund after chasing for returns label via Lemonlunar after multiple emails of chasing sill have not received and all I want to do is return the dress. Save your time and energy and avoid shopping.

Awful company and customer service

Awful company and customer service. I ordered through boohoo and it took forever to arrive, even though I paid for next day delivery, the event I bought the outfit for had come and gone, and my order still hasn’t arrived. It finally came and they sent the wrong size! They make the refund process such a hassle as I can only return through lemonlunar , and no return details are sent. Am I expected to find the return address and pay for the return? Just a completely terrible experience and will avoid lemonlunar & boohoo. Customer service has been awful from both sides. Also, whilst you’re waiting for your order to arrive , no updates are provided. I had no idea when my order would come, as they hadn’t sent any information.

Really disappointing experience

Really disappointing experience. There were 2 dresses that I really liked, but they both said pre-order and also both had a banner that said 'available for next day delivery' so I ordered the items and sent an email straight after asking for clarity about when the items would come. They said it should be shipped to me within a week. I asked them to make sure, because I am going on holiday and needed the items for the holiday - so if they won't be posted within the week then they should cancel my order. Long story short, the items didn't arrive before my holiday (they even lied and told me it had been shipped out, when it hadn't). It also took a very long time for me to be able to arrange and get my refund. And to add insult to injury, whilst I was waiting for my items to be delivered (3-4 weeks), I saw the same items being advertised for CHEAPER on their website and on Debenhams. They blamed the Christmas period for this issue, but I placed my order way before Christmas...

Ignored for 2 months when contacted…

Ignored for 2 months when contacted multiple times by email, paid next day delivery the order finally came 2 months later, but missing an item. Still being ignored as trying to return the items as I don’t need them anymore but their returns window has passed, although I recieved the parcel last week.
