Terrible customer service
The reason I did not give Lekmer only one star is that things work out pretty well when no customer service has to be involved. However, as soon as not everything goes as expected and customer service has to be involved, the experience becomes terrible.
My last experience was related to the problem using a discount coupon valid until Nov 25th on Nov 25th. The customer service claimed it was only valid until Nov 23rd and that they have no responsibility for my expectation to apply this coupon to the order I already made without it, being sure this will be easily resolved later on. They also do not read messages carefully and keep repeating answers to questions no one asked.
