I am very disappointed with this store. The website stated that my order would be delivered within 1–3 days, but I actually received it after two and a half weeks. This is very misleading.
It also appears that the store is reselling products from China. The product packaging contains no information in English confirming that the product is free from chemicals that are not permitted in the European Union, which is very concerning.
To make matters worse, the box arrived looking as if it had already been used — it was damaged, crushed, and in very poor condition.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend this store.

I had a very frustrating experience trying to return a product. What should have been a simple return turned into an endless back-and-forth over email. Instead of providing a straightforward return process, they kept asking more questions and dragging things out.

It feels like the process is intentionally designed to discourage customers from returning items. I ended up having to send multiple emails just to get a basic return handled, which is completely unreasonable.

A return shouldn't require this much time and effort. Because of this experience, I won't be ordering from this company again. I would recommend that anyone considering buying from them keep their return process in mind before making a purchase.

I would give zero stars if I could. It takes a month to get the item. The expected delivery time is a joke — add at least 2-3 weeks to that. It’s Temu quality, and it’s cheaper to order from Temu, and at least you get a proper tracking code to see where your package will realistically be delivered. I ordered an item a month before the holiday, and of course they did not deliver on time.

Poor quality

Ordered something, it took almost 18 days to receive. When the item came (700 nok lastebil) the buttons were written in Chinese, wasn’t good quality and the customer service was not helpful.

It was a very long delivery time. I bought a toy called Music Ollie, but it did not work as it should. It has been very difficult to have contact with the shop and to get a new one or my money back. The toy was very expensive.

The package came, and even tho it was a bit later than expected, the shop kept me updated underway. Good value for the money

All was as described, And my daughter loved it.

It was very long delivery-time.
Small microscop for children. Very difficult to open and no description how to open for battery. And very difficult for children to use. I do nont know wheather they like it or not.

Even though it was a busy time of the year the package arrived almost on time The lamp was really appreciated and the kids and the parents loved it.

I think the company has many toys for toddlers that they actually can use and learn from.My grandchild of three can now cut vegetables with his new knifes and is so proud.

The delivery was too late. And the products are of poor quality. I didnt realize when i made the order that the products are made and coming from China.

I feel also tricked that their website was Norwegian but the company is from a different country.

After 3 weeks of waiting, toys that I purchased as Christmas gifts for kids arrived with huge disappointment. I spent around 850kr on 2 toys which I expected to be good quality. The packaging were partially broken and they explained it was due to delivery. The pieces were put in a zipper bag which everyone has it in their kitchen. All in all, they cannot be wrapped as gift. Telephone number is invalid. And last but not least, 'made in China' doesn't necessarily equal to bad quality! This online shop is definitely a skam.

I’m very satisfied with the help I received. I couldn’t find my package, and they followed up on the case and responded quickly whenever I needed assistance.

All the products are well priced . Very happy with the item i bought as a gift for my dsughter. She loved it.
