Did not find customer service very helpful when I wanted to make a return. They just sent a standard reply which was a copy/paste and even in an image form, when I felt I had a question worthy of a response. There is an art to making a customer feel heard, and this ain’t it. Other than that, I like the selection and will probably shop here again.

Somehow my first order failed in your system, at least that was the notice i got. I ordered once more, but received two of the same order and was charged for both of them. The two unique orders was made within less than a minute and I think I should be compensated for this error on your side.

We have got two separate orders with two separate payments from you. This means that you have approved the payment twice.
So many Christmas orders are being placed at the moment that the payment systems occasionally so busy that the authenticatio take so long that the site thinks the payment has failed. Fortunately, this happens very rarely. But of course it's really annoying when that happens.
We will send you a return label so you can return one package free of charge. We will contact you directly.
