Good experience
Went in for dry eye treatment and assessment, advice given was very professional and after some of the treatment, eyes felt so much better afterwards.

This was the best experience I’ve had…
This was the best experience I’ve had at an opticians. The staff were friendly, informative and knowledgeable. Kiran was excellent and very helpful in explaining the tests and my results. I have not previously had my results and particular needs explained so this was excellent. Suggestions were made based on my specific preferences and job, which made this experience feel very tailored rather than a general recommendation.

Excellent and friendly care from all staff at Leightons Woodley. From the moment I made contact and talked to Ross he couldn’t have been more helpful, including very much with my accessibility needs. All members of the team and my opthamologist were extremely kind, patient and knowledgable. Having had a cataract removal operation scheduled, Ross was extremely patient and helpful when I phoned to ask for advice as I had some concerns before the operation. I received the same high quality of care after the operation and am so grateful to Ross, my ophthalmologist and all members of the team. I am very confident to return after my second cararact operation and in the future. The friendliness, advice and competent care has been second to none, particularily as I have a health problem which makes these situations more complicated. I am very grateful for the level of care I receive from all the team.

Absolutely excellent service at the Woodley branch
Absolutely excellent service at the Woodley branch. All the staff are friendly, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable.
Sarah, as always, was amazing, kind, caring and taking such thorough care with all my eye tests and examinations.

First Class Ear Wax Service
Following an awful experience with Specsavers, went to see Elenor at Leightons Woodley for my ear wax removal. As someone who is deaf in one ear it is so important to me my ears are treated with care and professionalism. Was so happy with the treatment I received, both ears cleared, will only trust Leightons going forward.
