Medichecks have ruined the clinic
The clinic used to be great but since being taken over by medichecks the standard of service has dropped off a cliff. Replies are taking longer and longer.
My membership has now been cancelled for no reason, with a note to contact them for help with it. I've had no reply at all to my messages.
I'll likely look for a new provider instead of wasting more time chasing them to take my money.
Edit: They replied saying that they got back to me, which is true, they are yet to address my issues.

Used Leger Clinic for a second opinion.
I had been having TRT treatment through another clinic but wasn't happy with the one size fits all plan that they seemed to use. After initial improvement with my symptoms, as treatment progressed my symptoms deteriorated and I found no benefit in continuing treatment. I contacted leger clinic for a second opinion. I provided my protocol from my previous clinic along with the results of blood tests I undertook during my treatment. I then had a consultation with a doctor who was most thorough and explained in detail my current status. Rather than getting me to sign up for treatment there and then, surprisingly, (a good experience) he suggested I have another blood test through my normal doctor to rule in/out certain anomalies he noticed from my previous blood tests which may be a cause for some of my symptoms, something my previous clinic didn't even consider.

Been with leger clinic for over a year, it’s an absolute money grab! Paid the annual fee, but still have to pay for appointments, blood tests, TRT itself! Do not waste your money!

I have been with Leger for about 5 years now and I am very satisfied with the service. I am relatively clued up about TRT and am stable on my current prescription so I don't require much specialist help from them other than bloods and prescriptions.

Very saisfied with (Advanced Nurse Practioner) Richard's patient, professional and comprehensive explanation/discussion of the purpose, pros and cons of treatment. Milking patients for blood tests
Since being taken over by medichecks, Leger clinic has thrown its patients under the bus. No longer can they get their bloodwork done through their NHS GP for free, they instead force you to use medichecks for expensive private blood tests so they can milk you for extra cash.
They also charge extortionate fees if you need to speak to your actual doctor.

Leger Clinic continues to support patients with their health needs, and while we now partner with Medichecks for blood testing, this ensures reliable results and quicker turnaround times. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over whether NHS GPs will conduct these tests, and many have chosen not to, which is why private testing is often the most consistent option.
Regarding consultations, we do offer support options including complimentary appointments with our Head of Patient Services, as well as access to our doctors when a clinical discussion is needed. We never want our patients to feel “forced” into additional costs, and we’re always transparent about pricing before any service is agreed.
We appreciate you sharing your concerns and we’ll take them on board as we continue improving our service. If you’d like to discuss your experience further, please get in touch with our patient services team - we’d really like the chance to support you directly.

Coldly efficient
Everything went very well, then I got my results.
I was at the low end of the normal range, almost borderline.
I expected Leger to get in touch with a follow-up of some kind, if only to offer advice, perhaps schedule another test down the line.
I was really hopeful that this test would lead to a turnaround in my life. That the weight I felt I'd been carrying all my life could finally be removed.
It was the light at the end of the tunnel.
But no, nothing.
No email or text, just the feeling that "Meh, you're fine. We can't make any money out of you so we're not going to waste any time on you."

I’ve been with Leger Clinic for 8 years and have never had any issues. Emails are always replied to quickly and the staff are very helpful, kind and understanding. The clinic have recently gone through some changes which I was apprehensive about, however everything seems to be getting better with the clinic in my experiences. Ive needed to speak urgently with a Testosterone Secialist Dr/Nurse about some issues I’ve faced and have received outstanding support, 1-1 over the phone advice and a plan put into place to completely resolve my issues. I’d like to thank the Clinic for being there for me when I needed them and attending to my issues urgently. Amazing service! Thank you!
