Never had any connection with this firm. Received unsolicited email with no way to unsubscribe. Completely illegal! Would have expected better from a Viagra startup, let alone a legal firm.

I know it's pretty dry but very important when you're running a web design and conversion agency and dealing with things like ensuring IP ownership clarity in client website builds and integrations and managing liability from client website performance claims under your service agreements.

No pressure - I have no idea if you're covered on this stuff yet and I'm sure you're stretched with the recent magazine collaboration and ongoing media updates (all the best).

For now, do you mind if I just share how similar web design and conversion agencies set this up so legal work basically disappears into the background?

Through and Through the best service a startup could get to navigate the trials and tribulations of the UK startup world.

I had a generally good experience with LegalVision during the initial 12-month period. Their legal work was professional, efficient, and helpful, and I was happy with the quality of what they delivered.
However, the issue came after the 12-month contract ended. I entered into the agreement believing it was a fixed-term contract, so I expected everything — including payments — to stop at the end of that period.
Instead, they continued to direct debit my account around $850 without clearly informing me that the service would automatically roll over. This was very frustrating and felt quite misleading. At no point was it made obvious (in a clear and upfront way) that I would need to actively cancel to stop further charges.
To stop the payments, I had to contact them and explicitly request cancellation, which they then wouldn't except & said they would put my account on hold for 3 months which I don’t think is fair if customers believe they are signing up for a fixed-term agreement.
While the quality of their work is good, this kind of billing approach leaves a bad impression. I would strongly advise others to carefully check the terms and make sure they cancel before the 12 months ends — otherwise you may continue to be charged without realising.

We cannot recommend the LegalVision team enough. They have been there during some extremely stressful and challenging times, and have been compassionate and accommodating throughout. There systems are easy to navigate and their communication is excellent.

Legal Vision is absolutely value for money. You raise a request on their efficient App, a meeting to discuss requirements is quickly arranged within a couple of days, and then they turn around your requirements within 5 days. They have helped us so much with Contracts, Data Protection, Legal Advice, IP etc. Very Professional Legal Advice, brilliant service! Highly recommend!
