Deceptive Marketing
Kind of deceptive marketing. When you try to cancel the free trial immediately, they tell you you will immediately lose access to the service. This is untrue you have access till the end of the free trial. I also don't like the making you create a template first and only letting you know it is not free at the end.

No charges are made during the trial, and you can cancel anytime before the renewal date through your User Settings if you decide not to continue. We also offer free downloadable templates directly on our website.
