Took 6 months for my claim not to go through
My mortgage broker took out the income
Protection insurance, however it should never have been taken out as I had issues with mental health. Took 6 months for legal and general to tell me there wasn’t a claim. Will never use this company again

L&G Cash Trust inc.,is rubbish - not a good fund compared to the one I took out the same time as Fidelity.What Fidelity made, L&G lost - how can a cash fund do that in such a big amount??

Absolute shambles of a company
Absolute shambles of a company. Told on the phone the department I need does not take calls and constant failure over 3 weeks and 4 e mails and 22 complaints to respond once. Now a month later and still not one response recieved.

I had a major heart attack
I had a major heart attack, I was put on very strong statins that are known to cause brain fog and memory issues. I lost my job. Went for over 20 interviews that I should have aced but the statins caused such brain fog that I couldn’t respond to the easiest of questions. I went to the doctors 4 times and they admitted that the statins I was on can cause these symptoms. I haven’t received a cent in 9 months and L&G have refused my claim for my Unemployment Protection which I have been paying £100 a month since 2019
