The fridge is ok, look way bigger on the website, and can't get anywhere near the 97 bottle capacity. Order process was good. Delivery not so much. Received an email to say delivery was on the 8/12 and would get a text in the morning for a delivery time. No text came, called up and was told they had no idea when delivery was as I'm out of state and it's with the shipper... Was delivered on 10/12. Installation covered bringing the fridge in and putting the plug in the wall. Door handle left inside and I have something that isn't even included on the instructions. Wish I'd gone elsewhere but I got fooled by the excellent customer service offered on the website.

Tom whom we spoke to was very knowledgeable as we had some questions before choosing our wine fridge. As there was stock in WA, we received the wine fridge in a very timely manner, delivery was seamless, fridge is very quiet, happy so far, just waiting on a few more trays.

We had been looking for a new wine cabinet for a while and came across LeCavist. These look to be of excellent quality with great designs and features, so it was hard to resist purchasing one during the recent Black Friday sales. Excellent value compared to some of the other brands. We can’t wait to load it up with some of our favourite wines.

Well I tried so hard to like this company and their fridge. I bought with optimism. But I can wholeheartedly say that the experience has been a nightmare from the start. Even up to this point of receiving an email reminder to leave a review for an extra six months warranty. I actually wrote two days ago asking them to respond in writing to my service issue and that I was about to write a review and their response would be taken in to consideration. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Rien. Pfffft.
So then I get the mail today to remind me to leave a review.
Service…there is none. Customer care, response to emails…nope, there isn’t any. They did apologise for my experience earlier on and sent a Langtons wine voucher, which they were giving away during Black Friday sales anyway (not with my purchase though).
So two sales people, Tom and Ilias (I think) both told me that the motor and fan on this fridge switch on and off and the noise of 43db only occurs when it is running. They are both wrong. I have since been told that the fridge fan is always running and the noise is constant. How it regulates humidity when it is running all the time I have no idea. How it only uses 169kWh annually, I have no idea. I have repeatedly asked for clarification and my requests have been unanswered. It seems they don’t care once they sell you a fridge that they have misinformed you about. I still have an unanswered support request from three weeks ago.
Tom did say to me that they are a new company and ironing out issues. They’ve been in business 6 years. I think they should have ironed out issues by now. I still don’t know if Alexandre or his co founder even know, or care, how bad things are in the background.
I would strongly recommend to pay more and buy from a more reputable brand and don’t be sucked in by the ambassador or restauranteur endorsements. So disappointing. They could have fixed the issues by actually responding to their customers. I am worried I will need the extra 6 months warranty I get from submitting a review.

I ordered a Le Cavist built in wine fridge earlier in the year it was unavailable at the time. Then I saw it in the Black Friday sales. Bonus. I ordered it and it arrived two days later. It looks great and will be a beautiful addition to our kitchen that is currently undergoing renovations.

Was time for an upgrade.
Just purchased the 248 Bottle Single Zone Wine Fridge and a couple of extra shelves. Great looking unit which is also important as it will be on view. Process was easy and pricing was very competitive.
Look forward to receiving and stocking it!

My first ever wine fridge. I did lots of research and LeCavist appeared to be the best value. Have just installed it, very happy with it.

order on sunday, triple zone 140 bottles cabinet, was delivered 2 days later, and it s a beauty, the process was seamless, from the team that follow through the order to the delivery, really impressed, now let s stock it up

Just replaced my old prime wine cabinets with the 226 Bottle Dual Zone Wine Fridge and included a few extra shelves, specifically for display purposes, the multi shelf and display shelf. Easy to order, quick to arrive and look great. Should have done this ages ago.

LeCavist was recommended by a close friend and they did not disappoint. Communication throughout was great and the delivery was seamless. The cabinet itself looks great and brings the wine to temperature super quick. Excellent value for money, no need to look elsewhere in my opinion. 5 STAR!

When it comes to purchasing a product online, I always research thoroughly and so in this case it was a no brainer choosing a LeCavist wine fridge. The reviews were excellent and the service / delivery was brilliant. The fridge is up and running and we are might impressed so far. We purchased the 56 bottle dual zone. Love the colour scheme and it fits in the house perfectly. Thank you for a quality product and great service.

Our wine fridge was delivered promptly. However on connection, the fan is noisy. We have contacted customer service but are yet to receive a response.

It has been very happy time with this purchase. Actually this is the second purchase with LeCavist. Both wine fridges with 168 and 294 bottles are working well. The customer services were great and very helpful. The delivery team was very professional and friendly stuff. I am very happy with these two puechases.

Bought the single zone 63 bottle wine fridge. Very happy with the product so far - stable temperature and humidity, quiet, and great cost performance compared to other products on the market.

Ordering and delivery process was sorted out - even unpacked it took the packaging away. We ordered two extra shelves to store extra special bottles. The fridge looks fabulous - the blue lights set it off (and provide sufficient light for late night withdrawals.) It’s quiet, keep the wine at right temp and I couldn’t be more pleased.

I love my dual zone fridge, worth every cent. The customer service on delivery was fantastic. Highly recommend.
