I was initially skeptical after reading a few negative reviews, but after working with Leather Restore Pro, I’m convinced those reviews were likely left by competitors.

This is a tough and highly competitive industry, and unfortunately that happens.

My experience was outstanding from start to finish. Nina was professional and responsive, and Nick did an amazing job restoring my leather furniture. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and color matching were truly impressive.

My furniture looks like new again, and the price was much more reasonable than replacing it.

I highly recommend Leather Restore Pro to anyone looking for honest, high-quality leather repair and restoration.

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so future clients can make informed decisions.

I initially declined this company’s service because the pricing was outside of my budget. Instead of walking away from the project, the provider negotiated a lower price that worked for both of us and agreed to complete the job. Unfortunately, the work was left unfinished, leaving a noticeable eyesore in my living room.

What was most disappointing was the communication afterward. The provider later confirmed that the job was intentionally not completed because of the discounted rate they agreed to themselves. If the reduced pricing meant the quality or completion of the work would be compromised, that should have been communicated upfront before accepting the project.

No client should agree to a service expecting a partial or unfinished result without clear disclosure beforehand. I would have preferred the job simply be declined rather than being left with incomplete work in my home.

Based on my experience, I would advise future customers to be cautious and thoroughly discuss expectations, scope of work, and guarantees regarding completion and quality. Unfortunately, the workmanship I received did not reflect the quality advertised online.

Ruined our $5000 sofas. Will not return our phone calls. I would avoid them at all costs.

I was advised this company could restore the cushions on my leather sofa. They ruined them when I sent pictures they said it was their fault and would put it right.
Since then they will not return my calls or emails.
I have to report them.

My leather sofa had stains and visible wear that I thought were permanent. The technician was professional, punctual, and very detail-oriented. After the cleaning and restoration, the leather looks clean, even, and refreshed — without any damage to the finish.
