Throughout every conversation she has taken time to ensure I understand the process and has always been accessible through each step of the order process. I made the initial enquiry online and was then followed up by Anthony Pilliner on the phone. He was very professional and talked me through my options. I never felt pressured at any point. Each step Anthony would follow up with me and talk me through the next stage. I completed the purchase. Great to see and hear such good customer service. I highly recommend.
