Poor company with poor cars
Don't waste time guys

The acquisition of vehicles was facilitated through a streamlined procedure from the initial stage. The customer service was impeccable, and they promptly responded to my calls whenever I re-contacted them. Mr. Brad Darby was the most suitable candidate, he responded to every query I re-contacted him with. We were able to receive the vehicle delivered to our doorstep, and we are delighted with it.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to callum and Brad for their assistance.

Communication was good until I paid processing fee 23rd January 25, was told I would have a 4 week wait..... as of 19th March the car still isn't in the country and once it arrives it will take another 3 weeks at least to deliver car. Communication has been poor, I have been left without a car since 6th March and have been told there is no alternative vehicle I can use until mine arrives. Apart from the inconvenience it's costing a fortune in taxis to and from work. I have written a letter of complaint and I haven't even received acknowledgement let alone a resolution.

I dealt with Brad throughout who was very helpful and informative. I changed some of my criteria half way through but it wasn't an issue and everything was dealt with quickly and informatively. Would certainly recommend.

Brad was very thoughtful and persistent it getting me my new car. He made the process seamless and did all the chasing that has to be done. Got my new car within 2 weeks and couldn’t be more happy.

First time leasing so unsure of process. No need to worry, Brad Darby answered all of my questions and ensured everything ran smoothly. Brad maintained contact throughout the process providing a first class customer service. More than happy to recommend this company, much cheaper than other quotes too. My new car arrived today, the deliver guy was on time and very patient explaining all the gadgets to me.

Brad Darby was excellent, very easy to understand & very professional. He was in constant contact via phone & email & answered every question I had. Wouldn't hesitate to call him & his colleagues again.

After spending a couple of weeks speaking to different companies I had actually given up and decided to take a year extension on my current car. Then Brad called me filling an earlier enquiry. I explained my frustration and what I was looking for. He was honest from the start and there was no sales waffle and hidden costs. Got me the car I wanted for less than the price I was expecting. Great communication throughout. Would definitely use again.

The excellent customer service I received from Brad Darby made my first car leasing experience simple and informative. Brad was very prompt and helpful and assisted me in getting the best deal possible. I did source other leasing companies for quotes however no other compared to Brad's knowledge and customer service which is the reason I chose Lease Me Cars. I was updated throughout.

Wow. I couldn't even got PCP...really thought leasing was out of the question, but decided to give it a try. Brad was first class...told me from the start that providing I was willing to go ahead, he reckoned he could push it through as my credit score wasn't great.
I decided yes...had a YES the next day and a multiple choice of cars...had a think, decided to take 1...and had the car in no time, and at a very reasonable price aswell!

The service is very responsive, I was called back not long after I requested a quote, the paperwork was dealt with very efficiently online and I was able to finalise the order in a couple of days. All I had to do was then wait for the order. It was a pleasure doing business with you and would recommend to anyone
