The Leak Bot device actually works! It identified a low-level toilet tank leak. This was NOT a constant slow leak, but instead a once-every-five-minute small gurgle of water. And typically I catch such issues and repair them myself, however this toilet was in a guest bathroom which gets very little use and thus I didn't catch it. Thanks to Leak Bot it sent me multiple "leak" email notices. I contacted a Leak Bot technician. Upon his arrival I even indicated to him that I already checked the toilet tanks and found no issues. The technician proceeded to perform his thorough testing and sure enough zeroed-in on the guest bathroom toilet tank. He performed the relatively simple repair and all is once again fine. The Leak Bot device subsequently (a couple days later) sent me an email which stated that the system was no longer identifying a leakage of water. WOW...I was most suspect when I originally received and attached the device to the water pipe that the device would work...now I'm a true believer and highly recommend it to everyone.

They arrived on time and were very friendly and polite. A thorough examination of the of the house was done checking even the minor details for any leaks. They have now sorted out what the problem is and it will be rectified.

This service is provided to me by my insurer, but having experienced it, I would recommend it to anyone who worries about the damage that a leak could cause. A simple internet enabled device is clamed on to your incoming water supply pipe and then you are advised if a leak or high water use is detected. If the problem persists and cannot be resolved at home, they send an engineer to find and fix the fault.

LeakBot was provided by my insurance company. What a great service. It is the first time I have used it for someone to come and find the leak. They did, and repaired it. For free. Brilliant.

My phone number had been mistakenly linked to another customer’s account, and the unexpected messages looked like a phishing scam. On this occasion a LeakBot customer made a typing error. LeakBot have now successfully removed my number from that account and updated it with the correct contact details. It was difficult to make contact initially, but once I raised it on Trustpilot the problem was resolved quickly.

The appointment was made very easily for the engineer to call having discussed all the possible causes of leakage over the phone. The engineer turned up on time and was hugely profession - explaining everything and fixing even the smallest leaks and treating our house with utmost respect

Demis was professional and had the utmost respect to my property.
He carried out the job in great detail and replaced items on one of the toilet basin.

Easy booked appointment and two small leaks detected and bits replaced. Very nice competent plumber who filled me with confidence
