HORRIBLE

I hesitated a long time before ordering a pair of shoes from this company. I sure wish I had listened to my gut. Not only is the quality substandard at best, I ordered a size 7.5 however the size I received is about a size too small, so even if I don’t like them, I couldn’t wear them if I had to. They wanted me to send pics?? Whatever you do, DO NOT order from this company.

Avoid Leafy Souls!!

I ordered two bags from Leafy Souls and I echo many of the bad reviews on here - I’ll certainly never go near this ‘brand’ again (if that is what you can call it).. The bags are cheap and they look it - I’m taking them straight to my local charity shop as I will never use them. I wish I’d read the reviews here before I bought them.
I didn’t have shipping issues - I live in HK - but the company did not respond to any of my emailed questions even as they sent me at least two badly written buy-now-or-lose-out special offers every single day since the moment I ordered.
Avoid this site if you value quality or customer service.

I ordered from leafy souls based on…

I ordered from leafy souls based on their ethical stance. This is pure lies as everything came from China wrapped in tones of plastic. That's the bits that arrived any way. My order placed in December had a few items the bag strap snapped first use. I only had my phone in it so hardly heavy. The shoes have still not shown up despite around 30 face book posts messenger comments and emails not so much as a reply. Appalling company avoid at all costs.

Horrible Customer Service from these people...I have been waiting months for a delivery, have requested an update on the status of the order, THREE TIMES and have had no response. They have, howvere taken my payment, very efficieently. and they represent themselves as ethical. What a joke!

Handbag review

I purchased a handbag without realizing it would be shipped direct from China. The wait was several months (I ordered prior to Christmas) and my emails to customer service were not answered. Finally, I did receive the bag. I’ll use it but had I seen it in the store costing $40 I would not have purchased. The photos in the ad showed vibrant colors; in fact the colors are muted. I won’t order from Leafy Souls again and in the future I will pay more attention to where the product is shipped from and return policies.

Used another company's design

Despite advertising vegan products, it is interesting that they used (stole?) a picture of a design from BedStu, which happens to make extremely high quality boots and shoes, which are all 100% leather!

NOT worth it!!!

Take your chances purchasing from this company. Your things will come from China. Although there is a number to call, all correspondences are through email. I received HALF of my order after a month. The bag I ordered wasn’t assembled properly and one or the straps was twisted so the underside shows. I sent them THREE clear pics of the problem and they’re asking for MORE like I’m lying. Asked for a refund of my other item I never recieved because it takes too long to ship and they JUST shipped it anyway. Too bad because I like the idea of what they’re doing but their customer service is TERRIBLE. Buyer beware.
**Update 3/14**
I received my wall tapestry, the second part of my order, two days ago and I like it. It looks like the picture. HOWEVER, the bag is completely poor in construction. Only used it about 8 days when one of the metal pieces from the strap broke.

Run away !

I only had half of my order. it's been 2 months that I ordered and I have no news from them anymore, despite my messages. I think they are crooks. In addition, the quality of the sneakers that I bought is very bad. After a week, you can see the glue through the cloth of the sneakers and the sole is peeling off - I write messages to them every day for 10 days now, they do not respond anymore - Run away !

I bought the messenger bag

I bought the messenger bag. Not only was the color off, but it took over a month to arrive. Within weeks it started to fall apart inside. The zippered compartments fell apart, the Velcro closure was sewn on wrong. Unfortunately I didn’t contact them within 30 days so I am stuck with this crappy bag. Their customer service is the pits. Never again!

Chinese product that is marginal

Chinese product that is marginal, construction-wise, at best. Chinese logo on front. Took almost 6 weeks to arrive. Not worth the money charged for this product. Very disappointed.

MISLEADING COMPANY

I thought when purchasing a bag from Leafy Souls that they were an American Company. It is very misleading. When I received the bag it was a product of China with a Chinese logo on bag. The tracking for your purchase is in Chinese. NO where on Leafy Souls page does it mention MADE IN CHINA. Is this product even VEGAN? Will be more careful next time.

Purchase and Read, products and CS team are awesome!

This is my free opinion. At first, I was skeptical about purchasing but then I gave it a go. I love their Cleo bags, essential oils and some purses I purchased. The customer service team is awesome! I guess we should always look on 2 sides. A business may not be perfect in all aspects but one of the important parts of it is that the company and the team are so willing to assist you through some people take advantage claiming it is damaged, small and many more while they just want a free item. So disappointed with every element of…

So disappointed with every element of my experience buying from Leafy Souls. First up the bag took more than six weeks to arrive. Then when it finally did it's a very sad, faded looking affair with handles that are already fraying and a zip that has a propensity to catch whenever I try and close it. And don't get me started on the incredibly brazen and downright rude tone of the marketing emails that I received from this company. One of their emails was even titled along the lines of how ...how to p*** off a non-vegan in 6 easy steps...as one of "those" myself, it's not nice to feel that you're being rubbished and made to feel like a pariah by the very brand you're buying from. Surely I'm not the only customer who likes to think she has ethical values but still makes alternative food choices?

Wow! I finally got my Cleopatra Sandals today and I am very satisfied with the design and how comfortable it is to wear. It is better than I expected.
