My wife bought shoes online from leafysouls that were poor quality. After many attempts thru their confirmed email on a response no reply. My wife had to go on their Instagram account to get anykind of response. She was advised that they ship from all across the world and we would have to pay return shipping. Return adress is China. We will not do business with them again. If you read all the reviews you will see many did not even receive their product, and response time was either delayed months or even not at all. Stay away from doing business with them.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
After repeated, meaning literally hundreds of attempts to get an address corrected over a weeks time, without ANY response from Leafy Souls, my purchase is now on its way to ISRAEL instead of the USA. Absolutely horrible customer service.. I’m not looking forward to the nightmare of getting a refund. I think I may just call my credit card and say it was fraud because this is the absolute worst company to do business with!! BEWARE! I should’ve!

To imply you looked into the situation and did not see my 200 hundred emails and implying I didn't send them to the correct address is brilliant. I sent them directly from your 'site' as well as the email on my order confirmation. You're horrible to swindle people out of their hard earned money! You could very easily correct this situation through this correspondence. Having 'researched' the situation you could've made the address correction to the USA instead of Israel. But you didn't. .Just one more example of the lies you spew!
And one more thing.. The phone number on site.. NO ONE EVER answers or returns the call as promised on the voicemail! BUYER DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS FAKE. Be thrilled to write a retraction if you correct the address to USA, Not Israel

No delivery/poor customer service
I made an over a month ago, I have not received my goods, I have sent several e-mails and no one has replied.
Finally got a message on FB messenger saying order on way (clearly not on way) then following week to say there are looking into it.
Hugely disappointing experience, would not recommend.

I was excited to receive my small canvas bag but very disappointed when I opened it and found the sides of the bag were sewn in a twisted fashion and can’t be smoothed out. Very disappointed and this wasn’t evident in the photos on the website. Not what I had expected. Looks twisted and odd!

Very Disappointed
Received 3 tank tops ordered from Leafy Souls. One was fine but the other 2 had very obvious off centre printing (one almost completely to one side of the top). I took photos and asked for replacements and received a response stating that due to a large number of tickets my complaint may take a few extra days to process.
I sent another email 2 weeks later asking if the photos were ok or if any extra evidence was required....nothing heard.
I went on to send another email attaching order number and complaint number asking to be contacted as I was led to believe that they would prefer to replace these tops as opposed to refund them....again nothing heard 😡
I have been polite and patient but it has been over a month now since the initial complaint and I am greatly disappointed in what appeared to be such a genuine site. I have also noticed that posts on their page that state multiple comments seem to be heavily edited to only show positive ones. Wonder if deleted comments are from disgruntled shoppers 🤔

Scammer site that pushes on morals of their customers.
Item quality is very poor because they order items from the site called aliexpress. Stuff there costs only about $15 and they charge for the same items like $70 with a discount. The price with a discount is about $130 for an item that costs $15 from a chinese site.
Disgusting, they play on a morals of a customers to just scam them.

Attractive shoes not true to size. Unresponsive customer service.
I received a pair of shoes that were way too big. They were attractive but huge. I didn’t try them on right away because it was winter and they were sandals.
Have contacted customer service twice since I’m past the 30 day return and no response.
So, attractive shoes, way large for stated size. Lousy customer service.

I bought the Cleo Canvas handbag from LeafySouls, and it is going down in history as one of the worst purchases I've ever made. I wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing...my experience echoes that of many of these reviews. Very poor quality (material has what appears to be water stains, unfinished seams and loose threads everywhere). I received it over 3 months ago and have since gotten the run around mixed with silence from their customer service. I don't foresee getting a refund at this point and am stuck with a bag that I will likely never use. To make matters worse they SPAM the heck out of my email...I get an email from them almost daily. To top it all off I have my suspicions about their claims...not confident about their ethically manufactured commitment and they certainly DO NOT honour the 100% Satisfaction guarantee. I'm super disappointed.

Terrible quality and customer service
I ordered the 'Kata trendy designer bag' and the product that arrived was markedly different from the one advertised. The colours are different, the shape of the bag was different (it was arched at the top rather than flat) and there were less pockets. On top of that, the overall quality was very poor. I would estimate the bag was worth about 25% what I paid for it even though it was on sale. Leafy Souls offered a return and refund but refused to pay for postage so I was still considerably out of pocket.

Mission of ethics and morals??? REALLY??????
I find it ironic that the mission of this company revolves around ethics and morals! Couldn't be farther from the truth based on my experience!! I, too, would give this company a 0 rating if I could. I did not realize when I ordered it was in Singapore. But it stated my purchase would be to me in 4-6 weeks. So okay. That was my fault for not looking deeper. However, my Cleo bag never arrived. My bank account was hit with the charge and an additional international service charge on January 10. After many emails back and forth, I was informed that there was no order on my account (although they had my address and I have been receiving emails from the company ever since). I emailed back asking if there was no order associated with my account, why did Leafy Souls deduct charges from my bank account and included a snippit of the line item to Leafy Souls as well as the separate international service fee. Now they won't even respond to my emails!!
My advice to all: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I never write negative reviews because I believe that most of the time an error has been made and hey, people deserve a second chance. This will be my first.
I purchased a jacket from Leafy Souls that took nearly six weeks to arrive as it came from China. Then it (finally!) arrived. I had ordered a small (I am a woman, size 4) and got one that would fit a 10 year old girl. There are size charts on their website, but not for these jackets. When I emailed them about returning or exchanging it, I was asked to provide a photo of the "issue" so that they could "assess the problem". Not sure why this was necessary, but ok. I sent a photo of the jacket. Then...silence. Crickets. I heard nothing for 8 days. Finally got an email from customer service that she would "reach out to the relevant team in our company". A day later I was informed that I could send the item back to Germany, here's the address, we don't provide a label or cost of shipment. No mention of any refund or how that would work.
For a reputable retailer, returns and exchanges are a routine part of everyday business. I can maybe understand sending a photo if I am claiming product damage, but I felt this was just a delaying tactic on the part of Leafy Souls. Yes, the jacket came from China and there is an expense incurred, but again, this is part of doing business. A company should stand by what it sells and commit to rectifying any problems at their own expense. The sizing of this garment was inaccurate and I had no way of knowing this based on their website's description.
At this point I will just donate the jacket (to a child). I probably would never see a refund anyway.
I will never shop there again. Ever.

I was very happy to do business with this company. I was less happy with the product but that is a matter of taste rather than any reflection on the quality of the goods. Any issue I had was dealt with fairness and professionalism - a mark of good customer relations. I would not hesitate in recommending Leafysouls to anyone wishing to shop ethically.

This is a FAKE company. Beware. The consumer has no idea that it is based in Singapore. I ordered a 'vegan' bag and it has a chinese label on it -- nowhere does it have Leafy Souls branding. And I doubt they will accept returns. This is a scam and they need to be shut down.

Do not order from this company! Here is what I think they do for products shipping from China:
I found the same bags online elsewhere (e.g. Wish), as someone else mentioned (note that LeafySouls replied to the two surrounding messages but not that one). The bags are marketed at $50ish on their website “on sale” (supposedly marked down from over $200 for a canvas bag!) but are 1/2 or even 1/4 of that price elsewhere. I even saw the same one for $9. Even with their promo code discounts, you’re getting ripped off. I believe they take your money and profit from it, then simply go to one of these sites to order under your name and address - that’s why the bags get sent to you from China with a totally different company name in Chinese. Anyone getting email confirmation in Chinese (as some have said in these reviews) is because LeafySouls is entering your email address when they order. They then pocket the profits. They have no control over quality, packaging, shipping, or any other bogus thing they claim and I would question whether these products are truly guaranteed to be vegan. People are having trouble getting refunds because they don’t want the product back since it didn’t come from them. They are essentially charging you for their “labour” of ordering online for you and all their online marketing. It is also a dishonest scam and possibly unlawful under consumer laws to charge $5 to cancel your order. Hard to know for sure because it’s a mystery where they are based (USA? Singapore? China?). I tried to do a domain name whois search to find out, but they have willfully used a program called “Whois Guard” to hide details of who they are. Why would any honest company do that? Clearly avoid this scam company!

I was excited about some things I saw…
I was excited about some things I saw on this website so I ordered a tapestry I had my eye on, however, I have yet to receive my purchase. It has been about 2 months now since I placed an order. I sent an email to customer service but, I still have not received a response. The email only stated there is a high volume of tickets so they will respond to your request when they get through the others. Needless to say I don't expect to be ordering anything else from them. Still trying to figure out how to get a refund since no one has responded. Maybe they will respond now.
