Macy was lovely. She helped me arrange a viewing soon after submitting an enquiry, responded to emails promptly, and was generally polite.

I’ve had a great experience with Leaders so far. The service has been professional, friendly, and efficient from the start. I have been using Leaders as my agent for several years now, and the service has been excellent. They are always responsive to my issues and solve them quickly and efficiently. It is comforting to know that if I have any problems with my flat they are there to help, as I do not live in the UK. With new Renters Rights Act, Leaders were very proactive in ensuring that I was informed of the changes and the impact, not only prior to the activation of the Act, but also afterwards.
