This time I picked up and the caller said they receive lists of contacts with names (obviously made up) from Lead Advisory which they have to follow up, hence lots of calls from same company but always a different name. Rumpelstiltskin comes to mind.

Despite Lead Tech's reply that they would be in contact with me, surprise surprise I have had no contact at all !!! Very poor communication. They still charge for so called "leads" when they book a telephone appointment with a prospect and then it is cancelled within 24 hours without the opportunity to contact the prospect. Happened four times. Smacks of aggressive telesales approach. Do not touch with a barge pole!

A new experience for myself (buying leads), initially just testing the waters as a new adviser myself. The team have been very accommodating to my requests regarding leads, timings, etc. Jonny has been a great account manager and I've enjoyed our routine catch ups to ensure things are going according to plan.

There are a lot of lead generation firms out there, but this one in my experience is one of the best. They have provided good quality leads, in amongst the usual dross and are quick to resolve any issues I may have. Their replacement policy is one of the best I have come across and as long as you are good at converting leads, you will have no problems using them.

I started using Lead Tech as I had just gone self employed as a new Advisor and buying leads was suggested by an established Advisor. I didn’t know what to expect but I knew I needed a way to get in front of clients. There was an initial teething period of getting to know how the process works and what to expect. This is what the account managers are there for and Jonny Barrow my account manager has been amazing.
I am in my 7th month of using Lead Tech now and the results have been incredible; more than worthwhile financially.
I would like to say, there is a lot of work and also a skill element that goes into converting the leads. I can see that for people who are perhaps struggling to convert, it would be easy to put the blame on Lead Tech. However, they are there to create opportunity, the rest is down to you. For that reason, buying leads might not be for everyone. But for those who can make the process work, Lead Tech is a fine choice.

We've been working with Lead Tech for a number of months now and could not be happier. As a relatively small business (with big ambitions) we lacked new inquiries into the business plus the internal infrastructure and time to even handle leads. Lead Tech's qualified appointment process has allowed us to scale the business at speed, the process is really easy and so far the quality of appointments has been great, exceeding expectations (we've tried others in the past and this is our best experience by far). Great customer experience and ROI is looking very healthy at over 300% already.

I have never used any Lead providers in my 26 years of Financial Planning career, this time I decided to and I must say my experience with Lead Tech has been great so far, my first 3 leads have been converted into business and I have great new clients now. Also Jonny Barrow (Strategic Account Manager) has been fantastic. He is very helpful and the leads which were not contactable or out of criteria, he has helped me to replace them, which is great, overall very professional and are easy to deal with. Information on appointment booked is very thorough and they also tell client to keep documents ready for advisor.

We have used LeadTech for the last seven years. Have tried additional lead providers over the years but none have been up to the quality from LeadTech. Yes, you will always get poor enquiries, that's the nature of the beast but their rejection policy is fair. We have annually covered our lead costs and returned overall profit for the business.
I would reiterate other reviews in that the whole experience was a complete an utter expensive waste of time.
30 leads for £5,700 all of which were a total waste of time and money. Nothing was as illustrated in the percentage figures when signing up.

Please, save your money, effort and time and DO NOT come anywhere near this company. You will pay £190 per lead and the minimum number of leads per month is 10 and for at least 3 months, so that is £5,700 and what you will get back is NOTHING. They say they contact the leads themselves, but their contact centre is so incompetent. When I tried to salvage any of those lost leads and spoke to a few of them, they said that they asked for calls back that they never got, these clients obviously did not want to deal with me because of the bad experience they already had.
AVOID dealing with this company, they are only interested in taking the money. Service, quality of leads, account managers are extremely poor.
I have engaged with the account manager, as I found that I am given wrong information and empty promises.
When I contact the leads myself, I found out that many of them should have been replaced rather than "not proceeding". The contact team is pathetic. I call all my leads now and got myself a couple of appointments and got myself at least 3 leads replaced.
I can not wait for my 3 months of hell to finish.

So, they sold the idea of supplying me appointments and I agreed to take 10 per month over 3 months. As things progressed it became obvious they are charging for attempted contact as well as those not able to contact so the £190 per case was a little misleading. After having decided to not continue I was told as I didn't give a months notice the supply would continue a month from now, and I agreed to pay for another month. 10 more leads. Unfortunately they then billed me another 10! and we are now in dispute. AVOID at all costs!!! misleading approach and very poor success rate.
