I decided to buy a Tarot Card Reading online course as a birthday present for my niece as she is interested in this type of thing.
Obviously I wanted it to be a surprise and didnt want her to find out about this gift until it was on the date of her birthday.
I paid the full amount but had to put my email address on the contact details because I didn't want any correspondence going to my niece before her birthday which would spoil the surprise.
To avoid any confusion I contacted the support team and spoke to a lovely man called Charlie. I explained everything to him and he sorted it all out making sure my niece didn't receive log in instructions etc until her birthday.
She is over the moon with her present and Im so pleased I decided to do this through Lead Academy.
I hope this review will be seen by customer supporter Charlie, throughout my contact with him he was polite, professional and very friendly indeed, I could not of asked for more .
I hope Lead Academy appreciates this member of staff ,you should be proud to have him within your team, he is most defiantly a asset to your organisation.
I will defiantly give a big fat 5 stars for Lead Academy......and also Charlie too!

As much as I considered it easy that is only because they give you all the information you need to focus on mainly plus some added extra via videos. Long as you have the time and study the keywords it’s very good

I had the most amazing teacher named Farah, she made sure we all understood the safe way to complete all steps when it came to being a phlebotomist. Even on the first day by allowing us just to refresh our memory with using the mannequin arm, Just to make sure we did everything correctly to get a good blood draw. I would definitely recommend Lead Academy to anyone interested in completing a course, Thank you all so much for everything and I can't wait to update you on my new venture.

Well made course materials and a brilliant start to my new teaching journey. I normally teach health, social care and science subjects but have decided to branch out! New year and all that jazz! Feeling excited I passed my TEFL course.

The tutor is a great teacher, she thought with patience and was always ready to attend to each person one to one. The materials needed for practical were available , it was a great learning experience.

The experience was really positive from start to finish. The online training was easy to navigate and the face to face training was very well carried out. The trainer was patient and respectful, even when some students were not.

It was an incredible experience of learning with Ms Liza. Thank you for arranging the course in Birmingham. I definitely recommend.

It was good and easy to understand

I followed a course in basic phlebotomy. It was a great experience with good teaching and hands on training.

It was a ok course but I found it to be very basic and could really do with some articles that show where the information was found.
I think the course could also be updated with the more updated information on icing and heating procedures with injury’s
Just felt a bit AI led.

I found the video and pdf lessons both really helpful. It allowed me to understand and take notes accordingly. one thing I would like to suggest to improve is perhaps having a glossary at the start or end to understand the abbreviations and medical terminology used so that it can be referred to as needed. this course would help my personal and professional journey, as I am a student looking to work in the healthcare field.

Absolutely amazing. I did a Reflexology course with the lovely Lia and her assistant Mirsa. It was a calm Sunday and we were kept so engaged and informed throughout the training day.
