Never buy from them, you will get defective product and then they will make you pay to send it back


I recently purchased a bag that I need to return due to its poor quality. I’m not sure if the one I received is defective or if all your products are like this, but it doesn’t match the quality displayed on your website.

First, the bag doesn’t look as good in person as it does online. The material looks extremely cheap, almost like paper, and even the label is crooked. The stitching is so poorly done that I’ve attached a picture to show the extent of the issue.

I bought this bag for a friend’s birthday, and when she opened it, I was incredibly embarrassed. It looks like something from a dollar store, not a "luxury" boutique.

And now I have to pay shipping fee to send it back to get my money back. Such a waste of my time, big disappointment, never again!!!

We'd like to point out that this comment is defamatory and does not correspond to reality.

We're in business since 2016, our bags are sold and appreciated worldwide, it is not fair to receive a feedback like this.

Customer ordered the bag to be shipped to her address in Montgomery,IL with free standard shipping and we upgraded for free shipment from standard to express. She didn't pay for shipping.

When she received it she contacted us saying she wanted to return the bag, therefore we provided her with the return instructions.

As clearly indicated on our site, only return shipping costs are up to customer, while we do cover re-entry to Italy duties and customs (whose costs are actually higher than the shipping costs).

She is just trying to find an excuse not to pay return shipping costs, really not honorable.

Thanks LeParmentier, I absolutely adore my Peggy bag, it’s elegant, generously sized and holds all the essentials. Its structure and design are beautiful and the craftsmanship is exceptional. What a lovely leather-goods brand!

Never Again

I ordered the handbag from Le Parmentier for Mother's Day, three weeks prior. I was waiting for a shipment confirmation for over a week. Finally, I emailed the company, and it took them two days to email me back and that's when they shipped the bag. The bag arrived missing the strap without which it was completely useless. Upon my inquiry they told me they would not let me return it without paying the return shipping and they ended up shipping the strap which has arrived a week after Mother's Day. I am very disappointed with the customer service. It always took them 2-3 days to email me back and over a week to ship (even though their website claims they ship within 24 hours). I will never order another Le Parmentier handbag! It is not worth the hassle. As far as quality goes, there are far superior handbags for the price.

We’d just like to point out that, considering that on weekends our offices are closed, we always reply to emails, as we did in this case, within one business day.

Customer may return for full refund within 90 days since receipt time.

As per our return policy publicly displayed on our site, in case of return only return shipping cost is on customer, while all other concerning costs are on us (re-entry to Italy duties, customs and VAT).

Best quality for affordable prices

Every time I wear a bag of LeParmentier, someone ask me what brand it is because it is so beautiful. When I tell them the price they are surprised because they expected more because the quality is amazing.
Also, the client service answered very fast and are efficient. I love this brand !!!

Excellent craftsmanship

I recently purchased a handbag from LeParmentier Paris and am very impressed. The design is elegant, the leather is high-quality, and the bag is incredibly functional with ample compartments. Excellent craftsmanship and outstanding customer service make it worth every penny.
