Fast and professional. Great quality bow and box. Also, you use parcel force who are reliable where as DPD is a nightmare and I never get parcels from them they drop off elsewhere or items get sent back to organisation which is very inconvenient.

I was looking for tins to give homemade biscuits at Christmas and found a great selection at LD Packaging. I chose the pack of six assorted in the end, although there were plenty of sizes, shapes and quantities to choose from. Lovely tins, very reasonably priced, despatched quickly with regular delivery updates. My first time using LD Packaging but definitely not my last.

You know, I have attempted to do business with you on three occasions and every time it has been a huge letdown. The purple rectangular step tin lid was marked as in stock when I ordered it and it is still marked as in stock today! I really dont know what is going on in your company and neither, it seems do you.

My second purchase. Exactly what I needed, quickly received. I use a lot of these tins. They are twice as expensive as my normal supplier, but my normal supplier is out of stock, and has been for ages, and Ld is not. So there it is!

I had a quote for 4000 units of tin boxes from this company and proceeded to order. In addition to the order, there was £300 charge for samples to be made.
Jackie informed me in an email that a deposit for the order would be required once the samples were approved.
The samples arrived and they were not adequate. I informed Jackie about the issues.
Suddenly, Jackie said the price of the order had increased and blamed it on me not making a deposit, despite she being the person who sent me the terms and condition that a deposit was not needed until the samples were approved.
I brought this to her attention. I sent her the copy of the email she sent me with the terms.
She didn't even care. Wow - blame the customer for your own incompetence?!?
Needless to say, I took the order elsewhere.

If you're ordering 4000 units of bespoke boxes, the least a reputable company can do is to honor their own terms!

My advice: Order from China - that's where LDPackaging are ordering from anyway. You will save yourself money and hassle.

Excellent quality, very sturdy! Made bridesmaid boxes with them and they held so much stuff! Would buy again
