I’ve ordered 2 leggins from luna a week ago, and I haven’t received any updates regarding the delivery. Nothing!! I hope I get it one day

Ordered leggings in my normal size, they arrived and were ridiculously small and see through. Requested an exchange for a bigger size as was given the return address via email and was told to wait 14 business days and I’ve tried to contact in that time and you send an email and it tells you to use the chat function and when you use the chat function it takes your email address and say you will be contacted. Luckily I used Klarna so i never paid in full and was able to prove my returned items and get a refund on what I’d paid already.

Will never buy from this company again, poor quality and customer service is non existent.

Its currently been 15 days since I ordered. 6 days ago was the expected delivery upon purchase. Then to be told I have to wait another 7 to 9 days. Poor communication, no clear instruction. No updated tracking or delivery information, I'm really hoping when my order actually arrives it will be worth the extreme shipping delays.

Total scam. Made an order in December and it never arrived. Multiple attempts to email them have been ignored.

never got my order, said awaiting details but when i clicked on my address was there, also messaged the page and have had no response, scam.

I ordered 2x pairs of the scrunch seamless leggings and they are awful quality. They don’t have a logo on as advertised on their website and the material looks cheap. The packaging was cheap. Everything about the product is cheap, which is a shame considering the steep price tag. Also the sizing is way off, size up!

Never received my order. Contacted them via phone, email and online chat with no reply.

Has anyone actually received a return from this company? I emailed them before sending my items back, which they happily replied to. I then sent my items back signed for and I can see the company have received them on the 19th January. I have tried to communicate with them on multiple occasions and have had zero reply. This company have stolen my money as they have their items back and I haven’t received my refund of £70+ !

Scam would not allow to return goods and did not reply to any of my emails

I sent back my item for my returns, 30th, twice now delivery attempt was failed. Im starting to believe this company is a scam. Terrible communication. going via their dedicated chat online and no answer, even up till today. I want my money back and to do be done with the company

Ordered 4 pairs of scrunch leggings in a medium as I’m a size 10/12. They looked like they would fit a toddle. Couldn’t even get them over my ankle! Emailed them and they said I could return with a full refund, so I sent first class and signed for for no one to be there and now I’m having to try and locate them.
I’m the meantime I ordered 4 new pairs in an XL, these fit however after ten minutes of wearing them I bent over and the scrunch completely snapped so they’re now saggy on the bum and unwearable!
The material is thick but they are nowhere near worth £39 each!!! Save your money and order from elsewhere, I’ve had better sets from SHEIN!
