Wish I could give this review 0! Please don't be disappointed like the rest of us! Wish I had done my research before placing an order. Bought a dress that looked really nice in the photo. The item is however nothing like what was advertised. I've sent several messages for a refund and got no response! Scammers!

I feel foolish now for ever ordering through this SCAM company. It’s easy to see the warning signs in hindsight. They ‘ship’ immediately, refuse to cancel orders and don’t respond to emails requesting returns. Read these reviews before ordering. I’m contacting trading standards and whoever else I can to report this SCAM company.

I foolishly purchased a shirt £35 …
The item does not resemble the one shown on instagram.
The quality is appalling; very thin material & a dirty white colour.
I returned the item via the post office and obtained a Certificate of Posting.
Luna London say the tracking number isn’t recognised …
Please avoid to save yourself time & money.

Please, Please, beware of this company! An update of this awful experience. if i could give no stars it would be better but has to give one. Thank fully my credit card company have stepped in and are are acting. After waiting for a very long period of time, and receiving erratic emails with no real detail about delivery, and at random times, the company was contacted by my credit card company. This upset Luma London, and suddenly i was sent the order! Boy what a surprise! The dresses contained look nothing like the order, and are so inferior and clearly not what was ordered. Square looking and awful. No correct address or detail about refunds. Credit card company give them 15days. Let's see. In the meantime from what has been reported on - this is very bad.

Still waiting for my dress and no reply to my email.

If I could give less stars I would. I wish I had read up on the company before purchasing. Exactly what someone below mentioned keep getting some girl called Emily emailing me at a random time in the night. The responses have now stopped after my multiple replies, still no product 3 weeks on. It’s absolutely disgusting how This company is still trading. It’s false advertisement and they should be shut down for taking peoples money.

Sadly me too. I fell for this from an ad on Instagram stories. Clicked the link and ordered buy 1 get 1 free on leggings. Payment taken immediately and 3 weeks later no leggings. I didnt read reviews until after. Fool.
Why is this company still allowed to operate. I will be going to the bank for no goods received following a sale. They do not respond despite the contact us form. I have alerted trading standards and reported to instagram. We need to stop these scammers. Disgusting 🫣

SCAMMERS!! DO NOT YSE THIS COMPANY!! It's been nearly 4 weeks and still not received my order!! Contacted them and they said "it's taking longer than usual" I have emailed 3 times since then and NO ONE has got back to me!!

I accidentally placed an order (I know !!) Immediately cancelled it and was told two days later that orders are shipped Immediately after placing an order. That rang alarm bells and now all I'm getting is automated emails from 'emily'

oh my GOD,im just reading the reviewes an im already crying that this is just scam, my items didnt arrive, and if they arrive i can see in the comments that is bad quality items , i tried to go to their website, and is closed. bahhhhhhhhhhhh

Do not purchase anything from this company. I bought a product that I wanted return. I submitted the request online but they have never responded to it - it has now been 2 weeks. I have tried their online chat function several time - there is never anyone there to answer. They don't reply to emails or phone calls either. Do not trust this business.

How do I contact them I haven't received my order and no one gets back to me

Leggings are absolutely terrible. You can clearly see its not what they ask money about! If you have any issues with size or whatever they will never respond amd you will never get a refund because thats what they do! Just scammers

Awful. In EVERY way.

Made a huge order (£93), took absolutely ages to arrive. Finally arrived (after back and forth over email), quality is atrocious. It’s just a drop shipping company selling leggings from Amazon.

I called them out on this as the leggings on Amazon are only like £17. They didn’t like this at all and essentially threatened me. I told them I wasn’t happy at all with the quality and they advised to return - which I did. However, it’s been nearly 2 months since the return and there’s nothing. No money, no cancellation. I got an email to say they’ve received my items. But they won’t refund me.

I’ve reported them through Klarna and opened a case but I dread to think how long this will take to resolve.

I was really disappointed ordered on 14th feb and got told they’d been dispatched on the 16 then I heard nothing 10 days after I tried to contact via email and was told to consult the web chat which stated I would receive an email soon! I never got one so messaged on social media and no reply they eventually came 8 days after that however frayed after the first wear but no point trying to contact as I know I won’t receive an answer! The worst thing is I checked the reviews on their website and they all looked great however after trying to leave this review there I have come to find they filter out any reviews that are below 4 stars so you can only see those that left 4/5 star reviews which I think is misleading and completely wrong!

Had to email the company for order confirmation as I'd received nothing and they were already late on delivery. Said they'd sent it but still received nothing. Asked for them to screenshot their confirmation and send it which they did. Received the leggings after another week and a half. Not true to size and very basic. Have had much better leggings from Shein for fraction of the price. Sent the order back the same day. Delivered to them on 5th February. Contacted them after 14 days as that's what their website states to allow. No longer able to email them and chat function on their website is useless. Messaged them on Instagram, no response. Wrote a comment on a post and they deleted it but finally got back to me. Said I needed to allow 28 days even though that's not what their refund policy states. Still no refund after 28 days but luckily as I'd used klarna and had reported the refund they processed it for me once they had my tracking information.

I ordered two pairs of leggings and wasn't happen with them so so I returned these to them. I emailed a few times regrading correct delivery address as was showing two different addresses. They finally responded. Royal Mail attempted to deliver three times and no luck. I emailed them and eventually somebody responded and said they would look into it. I organised for delivery and updated them on this. Royal mail delivered the parcel successfully and no email from them. I emailed multiple times no response. Messaged on social media no response. Called the number which doesn't actually seem like a real telephone number as a different ring and then goes dead. I sent the two items back on 16.02.24 they finally accepted return on 28.02.24 and nothing since? No refund! I am owed £39. I paid for the return and now nothing??
