LBJ Watches Reviews

Great communication throughout the watch buying process. The watch arrived very quickly. A small issue with the size of the bracelet was swiftly resolved. Would definitely buy from LBJ again in the future.

The watch (Tudor Ranger) arrived on Friday as promised - thankyou.
I'm sure you hear this all the time, but it's nerve-wracking thing to send large amounts of money to people you don't know for luxury items that we don't really need, but both Luke and Harrison provided an really excellent service. Efficient, polite and knowledgeable. As a self-employed business owner myself I know how much those qualities matter to customers.
I love my watch, even though my wife has yet to be persuaded - the beginning of my mid-life crisis apparently, and hope to get many years of pleasure from wearing it.
Thanks again, Sam

Recently made the first of which I hope will be more purchases from the brilliant Harrison and Luke.
Harrison was excellent from the first contact I made, he dealt with all my questions professionally and patiently. Definitely went that extra mile to provide me with confidence to purchase.
I collected from the office and met Luke and Harrison, both very welcoming and knowledgeable.
I would have no question in recommending these guys to anyone considering making a purchase from them.

Well done guys !!

I’ve bought a couple of watches now from LBJ, the service and customer care is fantastic from the first enquiry to follow up correspondence to check you are happy with your purchase. The whole team were professional and knowledgable but a special thanks to Harrison.

And the selection of watches is great which only makes it harder to chose what you want next, but it will definite be purchased from LBJ Watches.

Brilliant experience in buying my new watch - great communication throughout and would highly recommend. First place I'll be looking when I decide to add to the collection thanks again

I recently purchased a watch from LBJ watches and can’t recommend them highly enough. After finding the watch I had been after on their website, I called Luke who arranged an appointment at their showroom. Luke was extremely knowledgable and took the time to explain everything about the watch I was purchasing and made the whole experience one to remember. If you are looking to source or buy a watch, I would highly recommend their services. I look forward to heading back for my next timepiece. Thanks again Luke and Harrison.

Made my first Swiss watch purchases with LBJ watches after visiting them twice. Harrison took care of me on both occasions. Highly professional service, these guys are knowledgeable, highly personable, and delivers top quality service and products to customers.

Shame I was in a bit if a rush, but I will be back for that glass of champagne!

Luke and Harrison are exactly the type of people you want to deal with when parting with a significant sum of money for a luxury purchase.

From initial contact with Luke in relation to a purchase we did not ultimately make, to eventually picking up the two watches we did commit to from Harrison our dealings with LBJ Watches were first class.

Luke and Harrison certainly know their trade and are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in every respect.

We would absolutely return for a similar purchase and definitely recommend LBJ Watches to anyone looking to buy luxury watches with confidence.

I just purchased my first Rolex from LBJ Watches, Harrison was very friendly and helpful, I paid a small deposit to secure my watch and collected it in person from their shop. Harrison was very professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Very happy with my watch and LBJ Watches are highly recommended!

Dear Harrison, many thanks for the watch which has arrived safely - it is stunning!

Just purchased a Rolex from this company after finding their website and the process was very simple, just reserved the watch with a small deposit which basically secured my purchase and then been in touch with Harrison who was excellent and provided high level customer service, the whole process was very simple with these guys. Highly recommended to anyone who’s after a nice rolex.

I can not recommend this company enough.
I originally enquired about a Sea dweller which had unfortunately just been sold, after talking to Harrison about what I would like, he assured me he would be able to find me my new watch, two days late he had done just that, and a few days after that I picked up my new watch
Would definitely recommend this company and I would not hesitate to use them again

I found the guys at LBJ very easy to deal with. Bought a beautiful unworn Submariner at the right price. Will definitely be going back.
