I purchased a Submariner Watch from LBJ and I was very happy with the whole experience.

I chose this company as the watch I wanted was the cheapest with this company. They allowed me to come to their premises and inspect the watch before I completed the purchase to ensure that I was happy with what I chose.

LBJ Watches were recommended to me by a dear friend who has bought and sold watches to them. I first listed my stainless steel, unworn in the box, 2024 Sea-Dweller on eBay but when it came to posting such a piece, I apologised to the buyer and cancelled the sale. I mean really, would you stick over £10k in hard cash in a parcel with a postage label on it? LBJ made a bid, subject to inspection over the phone and within 25 minutes of me being in their Hatton Garden suite, the full agreed amount was sat in my account! (I then spent the next half hour admiring Luke's IWC. Trying it on and just talking watches generally!... sorry Luke!😂). I can't recommend Harrison and Luke enough as I can imagine buying a watch from them is as pleasurable as selling one to them was for me.

The reason for the initial contact with LBJ was to source a watch as a present to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. I first spoke with Luke who was informative and easy to speak with. He assured me the watch we were interested in was new and complete with all boxes and papers. The watch was everything Luke described it as. The process to completion was handled by Harrison, who made the exchange of information and ultimately the transfer of payment both simple and reassuring. Harrison also arranged for the watch to be sized prior to shipment. The team at LBJ were professional, friendly and engaging and I will certainly use them again.
