Do not waste your time ordering from LBDUK. The website states it will take 10 days but it really takes over a month. The website will also lead you to believe they are here in the US, they’re not. Let’s talk quality, the items resemble nothing like the pictures the quality is so poor the items were falling apart when i opened the bag. I tried to return the $87 worth of items and was told that I should resell them or give them away. Shipping would be between $20-$60 and I would have to pay. The website said easy returns. Not worth the headache!

I ordered 200$ worth of products. It took them a month to ship the order. I got in contact with them and they weren't helpfull at all, all they did was tell me to be patient, said they would ship the products in two different parcels. Then it took another month for the 1st parcel to arrive, no info on the supposed 2nd parcel so I assumed the had finally send everything in one. When it got here there were 2 things missing. I contacted them again and they said my second parcel had already been delivered and gave me the same tracking number from the 1st parcel. Not only that but the products look nothing like the pictures, they are poor quality and overpriced. Also i must say it originally said the parcel was being send from the US and it's not.

I ordered 4 items from their website, and wanted to return two of them after receiving them and trying them on. There was no automatic return process on the website so I emailed the company. After waiting several days for a response, they asked what size I normally wear and that I send them "photos of the problem." I told them that I just wanted to send the items back that didn't fit. I have since had several email exchanges with them, and they have given me no instructions on how to return my items. They told me that the return shipping would cost me more than the items and suggested I "give them to a friend." They offered to refund me $3 per item, when in reality I was owed over $40 for them. I have gotten nowhere with the company and am in the process of disputing the charges with Paypal. Avoid ordering from this company!!

This review is for a company called LBDUK, NOT Little Black Dress. I was VERY EXPLICIT ABOUT THIS BEING ABOUT THE COMPANY LBDUK AND NOT LITTLE BLACK DRESS although your company, which might be fine, keeps coming up and it can't be helped. I see that LBDUK are big time scammers. I ordered 3 items, liked 2, the 3rd came in a different color than what I bought. I bought a pale pink sweater and it came in a peach which is a color I would never have ordered. At their request I sent a photo of the sweater and something that is actually light pink next to it, to show the obvious difference. According to their return policy, this is a reason for them to give a full refund and to pick up return shipping charges. I notified them as soon as I got the package. They want to refund me $3 and I am also responsible for the return shipping. After a few more emails they now want to refund me $5. They suggested I give the item to someone for a gift or sell it, which I will never get my full money back on and none of my friends look good in this peach color. Not good customer service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! They are scammers and they make their money by not giving refunds.

Saw it on a facebook advertisement and fell for the professional website and pretty pictures. Made me believe they were from LONDON. Clothes came straight from CHINA. Sweaters are poor horrible quality. Feels like a brillo pad. Another white sweater just sheds all over the place. The cut on another sweater was for a midget and clothes that are supposedly XL fit more like a M. They make it impossible to return. I've been back and forth with them thru email for 5 days trying to return and they keep stalling. First, they wanted to see pictures, then they suggested I keep, sell or give away for a discount on my next purchase. Then they told me it would be $20 to return so I said ok give me the address then they came back and said $40-$70 and never gave me a return address. I am now disputing the charge on my credit card, will call Paypal and report to Facebook. After some research on google images, I've come to find out they have several sights under different names selling the same stuff. Check scamadviser.com for fraudulent website risk before you buy from a website you don't know especially the ones advertised on social media. This site shows Unsafe, hidden identity, and it's only 252 days old. Too many red flags I wish I knew before purchasing. Hope I help at least one person with this aggravation, lost money and time!!!

similar experience to others. Fortunately only ordered a sweater that was $30 so I'm not out too much but save yourself the time and aggravation and DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! I received a sweater with one arm about 16 inches longer than the other. The button hole was a shredded and ripped piece of fabric. They make it impossible to return. I've resorted to reporting them through Facebook, PayPal and the FTC in an attempt to recoup my $$ but not counting on it. Hopefully they get shut down before ripping more people off. If you bought from them and have ani issues, I suggest reporting them to paypal. If enough people complain, it will raise red flags and get them booted off so they cannot rip more people off!

THIS IS THE WORST WEBSITE EVER! DO not buy! I️ purchased a sweater and they sent me A DIFFERENT SWEATER!!!! When I️ emailed them to ask for a refund a shipping label they told me I️ am responsible for the shipping, and since it is so expensive I️ might as well keep it and resell it or give it as a gift!!! I️ even sent them a picture of a side by side of the sweater they sent and the sweater they advertised and they offered me 3$!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD!!!!

Total SCAM artists..!!! they will not accept returns like they say on their website and care nothing about customer service.. and try to convince you to 'resell' or 'giveaway' your merchandise. Items look NOTHING like the pictures. Everything is made and shipped from china. BEWARE. Total Fraud!!!!!

Poor quality, terrible service, dishonest company. I typically do not trust these online clothing vendors and make sure to read the fine print regarding returns. This company states “easy returns, response within 24hrs and refunds within 48hrs.” The quality of the clothing i received was way below par, the type you may get 1 or 2 wears out of. Very cheap looking fabric and poor seams. To be fair, these are relatively inexpensive prices, however, the quality still does not match the price tag and the the product does not look like it is pictured. I contacted the company for a return form and their response was than the shipping would cost more than the refund, rather they would credit me a whopping $3 per item and give me 15% back on a future purchase, that i keep the poor quality clothing i have no intention of using and try to resell it. Mind you, the refunded amount totaled $100, and as they list the USA as domestic shipping, i find it hard to believe it would cost more than $100 to return ship domestically. I responded that this was unacceptable, not what their policy states and never got a response again. Fortunately, American Express is handling the dispute.

SCAM ARTISTS - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - CANNOT RETURN

I saw an ad on Facebook from this company. I ended up ordering 2 one-piece jumpsuits from them. When I finally received the clothing, I was shocked. They both were totally see through - no lining whatsoever. They were totally unwearable as everyone would be able to see every inch of your body.

When I contacted the company, they ended up being a Chinese company. They offered me a $5 refund!!! I paid over $45 for the items. I could not believe it. I fought with them about how their website says "easy returns". They said $10 max or I could send the items back to their warehouse in China, which would end up costing a ton of money ($100 or so).

They take your money and have a misleading return policy. Don't fall for this. AND THEY ONLY TAKE PAYPAL as a payment, which should have been a red flag to me.

I am so upset.

This online shop is a scammer. I ordered once and never received my order, yet they refused ri refund my money. Also turn out they are located in China, not London as stated on their website. Please becareful, don’t do business with them! Scammer.

TOTAL Scammers as they use pictures from another site. The clothes they send are look alike but do not have the same fabric, color, or cut as the ones they portray in the pictures. Buyer beware! They also operate under Poppoly.com. Same pictures, same fraud.

If I could give no stars I would! I ordered four sleeveless shirts from LBDUK. I received 3 shirts and a sweatshirt (that I never ordered). The shirts I received look NOTHING like what was pictured. The quality of the shirts is terrible with strings hanging off and cheap fabric. I communicated with customer service who offered to let me keep the sweatshirt (which is o ugly I would never wear it) and give me a discount off my next order. I will never order from them agian. When I told them how disappointed I was they offered me a $3 refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM LBDUK!!
