DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The site claims free and easy returns, however when the order came in the clothes were poor quality and did not fit. When I contacted about returning the items I was told I would have to pay for the shipping and it would be very expensive so I just should just keep the items. I replied I was fine to pay the shipping, and I still received a response that I should "resell or gift the items" and would not be given an address for returns. This is a scam - don't waste your money.

Terrible experience. Terrible product. Terrible customer service. Mind you, I literally opened the bag, tried the pants on once, they were God aweful (quality, material, uncomfortable, ill fitting, not true to advertisement), took them off, and returned them to the bag. Never worn, tags intact. Asked to return them and got the complete run around. I suspect if I were to pay to return them they’d find some unjustified excuse not to refund my purchase.

Terrible experience! When I received my items the pants and sweaters were falling apart before as I pulled them out of the bag. Very poor quality. I wish I would have seen the reviews prior to ordering from them. I paid for 3-4 day shipping and items shipped 3 and 4 weeks later. They tried to give me a $3 discount rather deal with the real situation. They lack customer service in eCommerce.

I ordered a hooded sweater in dark gray. Picture was really cute. It took seven weeks to get. Ordered 10/22, rec’d 12/8. The material is awful. Thin, not soft. It looks and feels like Brillo Pad. I should have checked reviews. I will never wear.

I was shipped a defective sweater. I emailed them requesting shipping label to return, per their policy. The asked me to sell it to someone else, deterred me from shipping it back advising it would cost more than the sweater and skirted around the fact that the item was defective. They then offered 1/4 refund. They eventually stopped responding to my emails all together.

The clothing is made of a very cheap material and tears almost instantly when touched. The clothing also does not fit as the fitting guide says it will. The company will not allow you to return a product that you do not like. They say " We are not responsible for following item, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.:

a)Buyer chose the wrong size or color；

b)Buyer does't like the item (item is not faulty)."

I just rec'd my sweater. It took about 2 weeks to get it.It does not seem to be the greatest quality but satisfied. I will order again.

This company is horrible to deal with! My experience was so bad that I find myself doubting any positive reviews that have been posted. I ordered two sweaters that were on sale to wear on an upcoming trip. A couple weeks later, no shipment notification email so I contacted their customer service through e-mail. They said the order had not shipped and would ship in a few days. So I told them to cancel it since it wouldn't arrive in time for my trip and mysteriously it just happened to ship later that day. So after it had shipped out they said it was too late to cancel (of course). When the shipment was undeliverable (because I was out of town) I got an e-mail from the company that the shipping company (DHL) would destroy the package if I didn't pick it up by a certain date. I asked DHL to return it but they said that company doesn't accept return packages and I would end up paying for something and not getting anything at all. I gave in and took the delivery after returning from my trip to find the sweaters made of itchy, thin material that isn't at all what was advertised. The fit isn't flattering like the picture either - it's just a boxy cheap sweater in two different colors. Going to goodwill! This company is truly awful! I wish I'd checked on this website before placing my order :-(

I would score them less than 1 star if possible! The sweater was nothing like what was pictured in color or quality. When I asked for a refund they refused stating it would cost me too much to send it back. I e-mailed again and they blocked my e-mail!

I've just got the package, the coat is very well made, fast shipping, great packaging, and exactly as described!!! I got alot of compliments, thank you came thru once again!

Do not order from LBDUK and expect to return any items. Initially they suggested that I keep the clothes and they would provide me a $3 credit + percentage off for my next order. I told them that I simply wanted to return my items. Shipped my items to China, they arrived on 11/8... shipping company needed to get a hold of LBDUK in order to return - will ONLY provide an email. Shipping company finally got a hold for LBDUK 2 weeks later, and they are refusing my return due to customs costs. My options now are to forfeit my entire order which I have now paid to ship BACK to China or pay to have it shipped back to me... So much for the "easy returns" stated on the website.

If I could give no star I would! Don't waste your time buying from this vendor. They refuse to accept returns, give you run around for giving return authorization, and charge you $5 if you return item for outgoing shipping fee without telling you at first! Don't buy it! And the product is terrible

Absolutley horrible experience. The item I purchased came with a stain which the customer service department made me send pictures multiple times before responding. Communication has been extremely poor and the make good credit is not even nearly enough to cover the dry cleaning costs. Do yourself a favor, and stay far far away from this retailer. You almost feel like it's a scam. Had to get the credit card company and PayPal involved to try and recoup my purchase price. Horrendous company.

I get my package today. I waiting 4 weekend
But i very like them. The cloth is high quality.

Please do not buy from LBDUK. Returns are a nightmare and items are nowhere close to the quality depicted in the images.

Items come from China and if you wish to return anything you will be paying $30-$50 out of your pocket for return postage!!

They first wanted me to send pictures of the items to prove that they were poor quality. The returns communication was in very broken English and instructions were unclear.

I would love to give zero stars for the $50 that I wasted

Terrible fit, sizes aren't accurate, terrible quality, terrible service.
Kelsey offered me 50% off in leiu of returning then emailed me back and asked for proof of the crappy fit. I'm fairly certain I am not the first person to report the sizes running small.

Very disappointed the sweater looked nothing like what was advertised. Very poor quality. This will go directly into the good will box!

0 Star if allowed. Horrible business practice, poor quality products and refused to make it right for customers. What I ordered and what I received are COMPLETELY different. Contacted the company for refund and they simply told me to give it away if I didn't like it. Refund of $3 and 15% off for future orders. STAY AWAY from LBDUK!

I ordered a sweater and coat from this site.
The quality is relatively good with the affordable price.
Although I waited for longer time to get it (they told me that is a hot sale product), I'm satisfied with the style and it fits me very well.
Recommend.

I did not receive what I ordered. Not even the right color. Company misrepresents their product and materials used. I ordered direct from their site after seeing that they also sell on Amazon under various other names. Customer service did not comply with their return policy and offered a $3 refund. I would not pay $3 for this. I then received an offer to ship back to China, at my cost, and they would refund me $12 toward my next purchase... "next purchase"!!?? I don't think so. Now up to $20 but they will never credit. Good thing to always use a credit card with purchase protection. For some reason, PayPal doesn't honor the purchase protection with this company.
