I used the tenancy agreement template. Even though it was not free, as advertised on the web result, it only cost £1.59. Unfortunately I did not realise that I had signed up for a monthly subscription... See more

Document creation was easy to do, payment was simple. Then a week later I was billed an extra £34, I didn't even setup an account I just purchased a document. I had no emails to say I had signed up, or even a email with a receipt for the document I did purchase. Unable to log into the site to check for any kind of subscriptions, and if you do manage to log it looks like you need to call them to cancel...
This kind of practice should be illegal!

Subscription trap! So I thought I had bought a contract for EUR 1.95, but three days later EUR 39 was charged as a monthly fee. It was not clearly marked that the contract was just a teaser and that my commitment would be for a "monthly" of EUR 39 which I would have cancelled right a way!

At no point after the 7 day sign up was I directly told I was now automatically being charged 39.20 per month. I discovered this months later. I'm sure the company profits greatly by being deceptive in not offering a reminder of automatic subscription.
