No transparent sign up service
Signed up for what appeared to be a simple 7-day access fee of £1.59 to obtain one document, only to later discover I had been charged three monthly payments of £34.90. This was not made clear or transparent during the sign-up process. I neither wanted nor knowingly agreed to an ongoing subscription.
For a law firm, I would expect much clearer terms, transparency and ethical billing practices. The experience has been extremely disappointing and very misleading. I would strongly advise others to read every detail very carefully before entering payment information & for the one eviction notice I used I could have gone else where, what was perceived to be cheaper in the short term was a lot more expensive.
