Not impressed. I could've bought a similar Palette at Walmart. I bought the lip/eye brush which fell apart when I opened it the first time. Cheap quality, I gave it away to my teenage niece.

I have been using the product for several weeks now and I find I am wearing this makeup more than I ever have before. It is so lightweight and it almost seems like you are not wearing makeup, it balances out my slight color variations but still feels very natural looking. I will be purchasing again in the future, I am sure.

The product came quickly but was quite disappointed with the pressed foundation. It was extremely light coverage and certainly didn't help even out my skin tone and took a LOT of swirling and going over to notice any difference at all. The concealer was a strange consistency, thick and like paint, and broke down through the day and actually stuck to my dry spots so badly by end of the day, it looked like i just slapped it on and went even though i used a makeup brush to apply and even it out. I did however really like the blush and pressed highlighter and am enjoying the lipstick, but neither of those things were what I was after the most. It will be unlikely that I will purchase any other products from this line as they just didn't work for me. Maybe for young, fresh skin, but not mine with fine lines and uneven skin tone, and combination skin.

Love the makeup, but seems like they try to make you going their vip rewards program without you noticing. The program has a monthly cost, guess that's why they are sneaky about it! Will buy again but will be on the lookout to un click the rewards program.

This foundation absolutely doesn't sink into fine lines and has a nice glow about it. Since I'm old (over 76) and my skin is dry, I do use a really good moisturizer first, but after 6 months using these products, I am sold. I will be reordering for the 3rd time very soon.

Laura Geller, is it really a prerequisite for your staff to show no empathy or flexibility, even when a customer’s safety is at risk?
I contacted your customer services immediately after placing a £70 order, explaining that I urgently needed it cancelled. Instead of helping, I was repeatedly offered added benefits and told that cancellation “wasn’t your policy”.
I made it clear that I was in a difficult and unsafe situation at home and needed the refund processed quickly. Your team still insisted the order had to ship from the US first and that I would have to wait weeks before I could even request a refund.
Not every customer is in a position to wait. Sometimes people are dealing with circumstances they cannot fully explain. A little compassion and discretion should not be too much to ask?!
Oh - and I love how you only respond to good reviews and not bad ones... you should be responding to the bad ones - that's how you build up a clientèle that will learn to trust you and forgive the odd mistake. I don't think you've given any thought to just how important review sites, especially Trustpilot are to a company and can break you with bad reviews. It's not looking good dear Laura. Here's a star 🌟 maybe it will help.
