Laura Geller, is it really a prerequisite for your staff to show no empathy or flexibility, even when a customer’s safety is at risk?
I contacted your customer services immediately after placing a £70 order, explaining that I urgently needed it cancelled. Instead of helping, I was repeatedly offered added benefits and told that cancellation “wasn’t your policy”.
I made it clear that I was in a difficult and unsafe situation at home and needed the refund processed quickly. Your team still insisted the order had to ship from the US first and that I would have to wait weeks before I could even request a refund.
Not every customer is in a position to wait. Sometimes people are dealing with circumstances they cannot fully explain. A little compassion and discretion should not be too much to ask?!
Oh - and I love how you only respond to good reviews and not bad ones... you should be responding to the bad ones - that's how you build up a clientèle that will learn to trust you and forgive the odd mistake. I don't think you've given any thought to just how important review sites, especially Trustpilot are to a company and can break you with bad reviews. It's not looking good dear Laura. My order was stopped at a location and then shipped back to you. Informed what had happened and was told a replacement order would be shipped. This was end of March. Now end of April and I still have not received order.

Products are nicely presented and offered at reasonable prices. Brushes are high quality. "Spackle mist" is a very refreshing spray-on first layer. My first try for powder over liquid base and I was very happy with the results. The lipstick is very moisturizing, not drying, as many are. I'm very happy about my first try with Laura Geller and will be giving up my expensive department store products.

Powder make-up is good; tubing mascara is not what I like
I have used the powder make-up each day and like it, however I am still applying a liquid foundation first to cover spots.
The mascara was not described as being a tubing product. I have tried other tubing products and I am not fond of the tubing as it is messy to wash off, as it produces flakes that take more work and product to get rid of.

My experience was terrible!!! I placed two different orders on 4/8/26 and 4/11/26 that were cancelled on Laura Gellers end by a system error. I went back and forth with the customer care agents for nearly TWO WEEKS! They repeated the same rhetoric with no resolve. I REPEATEDLY asked for a manager and never got to speak with one. I lost out on the Women's Day promotion, which I was promised I would get back by every agent I spoke with, along with additional discounts for ALL of my inconvenience, frustration, time and trouble. I never got any of these discounts as promised! My total just kept increasing each time I tried to checkout with my new order . Then I was told I could not purchase multiple quantities of the same item if I wanted to get my promotion and/or discount. I knew that was not true as I have done that in the past. This whole ordeal has been horrendous!!! I placed a final order 4/19/26 . Again, without the promised discounts. I am disgusted with my ignored request for management, and empty promises. There are way too many other options out there to have to put up with this!
