Happy with the cleanliness and the repacking of my laundry. Perhaps a little more costly than anticipated, as there was a upcharge on my bag for apparent overweight from the anticipated 6 Kg. T... See more

Their customer service is horrible!! They have lost my stuff on two separate occasions, and trying to get their customer service people to help you is like pulling teeth. They were so unhelpful and not very nice, and they lacked basic morals. I would recommend NEVER using this company.

Last time, order lost.
This time, suite came back with a transpiration smell.

They had initially some scheduling issues with the delivery hours (arriving earlier than the requested time slot), but they’re improving. The 1 day cleaning is a level up. Quality of the cleaning is in the average. Cost same.

Turned up on time. Really helpful for an elderly client. Delivered back by the same lovely guy.

Theres nothing quite like the peace of mind that comes from knowing you are receiving excellent service at a very good price. LaundryHeap Lima has just completed our 3rd order (9/25) and I could not be more pleased. Thank you!

Fantastic service. I usually take my duvets to the launderette but my husband is in hospital so I didn’t have time.
Absolutely delighted with Laundryheap!
Thank you 🙏

Do not rely on Laundryheap for time critical washes.
I stupidly used them for a school uniform wash over the weekend. The Sunday evening drop off was then cancelled last minute, leaving me without school clothes for monday.
With no solutions offered by Laundry heap, I had to drive my 2 young kids across town in their PJs to pick up my own washing.
I was offered 1/4 of value of washing in a credit note.
Really frustrating - so I strongly advise not relying on laundryheap for washing you need by a certain time.

Service and attention is really kind. Also they have a commitment with the schedule you program.

This company gives a great service. I use them for bedding sheets and duvets etc.
Drivers always arrive on time and laundry is clean and well packed on delivery.
Would recommend them to anyone who needs a laundry service.

⭐ £10 INTRODUCTORY OFFER… THAT QUICKLY BECAME £98! ⭐
I was offered a £10 introductory deal and thought, “Why not? Let’s give it a go.”
BIG mistake. 😂
I sent in what I thought was a fairly modest amount of laundry: 3 shirts, 6 pairs of socks, 5 pairs of boxers, 1 pair of trousers and 1 pair of joggers.
I even separated everything into two bags and clearly labelled the shirts “wash only” and “wash and iron.” I thought I was making things nice and simple.
Apparently not.
The bill arrived at over £100, or around £90 with the discount. 🤯
At that price, I expected my clothes to come back personally delivered by a butler, wrapped in silk and accompanied by a complimentary bottle of champagne.
Instead, I’m looking at the bill thinking they must have a separate charging system for every individual sock. 😂
Things get even more entertaining.
My trousers were apparently worth ironing, and one of my garments seems to have undergone a complete identity crisis because one of my shirts has somehow become a jacket!
I’m genuinely not sure what happened here. I sent laundry. I didn't send a wardrobe to be redesigned. 🤣
And here's the best bit: £98 to wash and iron this amount of clothing!
For that money, I could have bought a washing machine, an iron, a bottle of detergent, paid the electricity bill and probably still had enough left for a takeaway.
Quite honestly, it would have been cheaper to pay someone to come to my house and do the laundry while I sat there drinking coffee and supervising. ☕😂
Needless to say, I won't be using this service again.
Please sort out your pricing. I am absolutely not paying £98 to have my pants ironed.
The £10 introductory offer sounded like a bargain.
It turned out to be the most expensive pair of socks I've ever owned. 🧦💷😂

On time and very quick turnaround!
I love their tracking process so you can check when the driver comes by to get your laundry, when the laundry facility receives and starts on it, and even when they return your laundry!

Laundry Heap….The same says it all. I had my laundry returned to me in a “dirty unwashed heap.” I paid 1300 pounds to have the clothing returned to me “still wet,” and “still stained.” I even detected a moldy smell as though they had laundered them instead of dry cleaning, which is the service I paid for.
My flat flooded. If you have ever had this problem, you are aware of the daunting task of not only cleaning your home but also your entire wardrobe. Not every cleaner is up to the task, but this cleaner assured me they had done it before, as we spoke at length about their ability to solve the problem. I requested that every item be heat-cleaned and was guaranteed that EVERY garment would be dry-cleaned to remove any lingering odors.
They were very expensive, but I was guaranteed that every garment would be heat-cleaned, folded, hung, and re-bagged in new clothing bags. I paid over 1,300 pounds, and I received my clothing returned to me in the exact same condition as when they were sent. Much of the clothing had the exact same stains or markings as before, so I was sure they had not been dry-cleaned at all. My mattress cover was so odorous and filthy that it had to be completely thrown out. It was in worse condition than when it was sent. I paid top dollar for delivery service, which means I paid upfront before I received my returned clothing. I was appalled at the state of the garments upon opening each bag.
I deserve an ENTIRE refund for the debacle; what I received is “store credit.” In layman’s terms, “we’re keeping your money and screwing you over” because only an absolute moron is going back for service at the same business that completely took advantage of you the first time.
No responsibility taken. Not even an apology for the shockingly lackluster, abysmal, dreadful service rendered.
I have never taken the time to write a review, good or bad. But this company has literally “taken me to the cleaners.” I want to ensure they get the review they deserve and that no one else will spend their hard-earned money on their shoddy, substandard services.
“High-end cleaning – NO. Highstreet Price – Absolutely NOT.
