Listed as a government healthcare provider on the official directory. When I contacted them for a dental complaint, they refused to use the standard billing process and insisted I pay €190-310 out of pocket for an uncovered intake instead.

After multiple emails with official references from the Dutch government, NZa, and their own professional association (KNMT), they admitted they "had a lot of trouble" with the billing system and later claimed my complaint "doesn't qualify."

Filed a formal complaint with the program administrator. Be aware this is a chain of 11+ practices in Amsterdam operating under different names.

Very professional, modern, and reliable. Always happy with the treatment I receive.

Boycott this business at all costs. They have absolutely no regard or respect for their customers (not patients!)

Sharing my experience to save you from a bad one…

Lassus tandartsen begged me to give them one last try after they have consistently messed up billing and appointments that are booked 6 months in advance — the last one literally having caused me to lose the chance to speak to my father the day he passed away, because they kept me waiting (at their underground location with no mobile reception). I complained, they responded after _weeks went by_, I gave them one last chance (why, You ask? Yeah me too) — and agreed to a checkup on a different location (at Plantage middenlaan).

And then they call me _an hour before_ the appointment saying they _don’t have enough time today_ to see me properly, so they need to reschedule.

I have heard from others they can’t keep up with their customers. Let’s do them a favour and *boycott this business* until they fix the problems.

They literally don’t face any consequences for the kind of stress and disruption they cause. I intend to report this business to hold them accountable for their bad business practices.
