The worst experience of my life

The worst experience of my life! The implant was installed incorrectly, confirmed by examination in two other dental clinics. They installed a cheap crown, which the doctor accidentally filed down a lot. They refused to replace it, they put a filling on the crown. When I asked to fix the work, the doctor (Mehdi Hashemi) started yelling and throwing me out of the office, and the secretary started yelling me that they would delete me from the system and I would not be able to prove that I was in this clinic! I experience constant pain and discomfort, I have to repeat the procedure to remove the implant in another clinic. I do not recommend anyone to go to these people!

Lumineer Veneer

I had a great experience at 0900Dentist and with Dr. Hashemi. My teeth are in good condition, healthy and aligned after wearing braces. I came to this cabinet for a cosmetic intervention, as one of my teeth was a bit misaligned and I wasn't fully happy with my smile.

I am now after Dr. Hashemi put a Lumineers (non-prep) veneer. He told me right away the price, I had no unforeseen costs, the experience was very pleasant and more importantly, the result looks fantastic.

Very bad experience

Hello! My name is Elena and I want to share an incident with you. Do you have a dentist? Not? Well, here's what happened to me. I have been in the Netherlands for 6 years. Expat. I went to a dental office, 0900 Dentist, and had an unpleasant experience. The promises and the result was totally different. In the Netherlands, the prices of dental work are regulated by the state. When I told the doctor that it is not what he promised and that I am ready to return his work and all I want is my money back. He refused me. But he said he could give me some of the money. The part he wanted to give back to me was less than half. More like the inflated half of the bill. I figured I wouldn't just write a comment on their site, I'd go the legal route. I searched a lot for ways to get justice. So the procedure is as follows -
You try to solve it with the doctor.
If you haven't solved it - you file a complaint with the KNMT ( Reglement Klachtenregeling KNMT ), where a complaints officer tries to mediate the problem.
If it has not been resolved - you write to SGIM (Stichting Geschilleninstantie Mondzorg), report the situation, attach the complaint officer's response and wait for them to send you a response.
After you have received the appointment for the hearing of the complaint, you introduce yourself and retell the incident, answer questions or contradict the dentist if you do not agree with him.
After that you wait for the decision of the SGIM commission and it is possible to win.
For me, the procedure lasted from the filing of the complaint in March 2023, the commission meeting in December, the result received in January 2024. Yes, I received my money, but more than that, I received satisfaction that I was not left with frustration.
P.S. 0900Dentist, you continue with your lies. The amount that I asked was twice more, because I wanted you to be punished and the only way to do it is money. As about your work, don't worry, you will receive it back. I don't want any reminder of you.

Hello. we are glad that this issue is solved according to KNMT regulations and we have parted ways. It seems as if this whole process was done so you could get a free treatment and perhaps extra money, since you asked for 3 times the amount that you paid for your treatment at court. Of course this was not a reasonable request and it was agreed that we fully refund you for the treatment. It was also agreed that once we give you a full refund, you will return the crown and the prosthesis to us. we have fully refunded you and we still have not received them. So you did not keep up with your end of this deal and ended up getting a free treatment. If you were not happy with our work then why have you kept it despite getting a full refund for it? And as soon as you received the refund you left a review explaining to others how they can also get a free treatment! It seems like this was done with malicious intent and not genuinely out of dissatisfaction. Also, before you started the legal process , we agreed to pay you back part of the treatment price because we had already paid lab costs ourselves which is a reasonable suggestion. In the end we are happy that KNMT made the right judgment and did not allow for us to be taken advantage of.

Catastrofe

In June 2022, a tooth on the upper jaw began to move. I was diagnosed with periodontitis and I was told that all the upper teeth that I still had (eight) must be removed and replaced with a "click prosthesis".
I found an office, 0800-Dentist, who said that in 3-6 months I will have a prosthesis. Six months was the pessimistic scenario, if complications appeared. The costs were 4000 euros paid by me and 4000 euros by my insurance.
In the beginning of July 2022, I had the screws put in, there were no complications and I waited for three months to pass. No one called me to check.
In October 2022, I made an appointment. Dr. Hashemi said that "everything is perfect" and that in six weeks (two weeks - two weeks - two weeks) I will have the prosthesis.
At the beginning of December 2022, they said that they would call me in a maximum of two weeks. They didn't call. I called at the end of December and they told me that "it is a little bit delay" because during the winter holidays many people order prostheses. I didn't know that dentures are a Christmas present.
Lies after lies until March 2023, when a prosthesis that was not suitable finally appeared. It had to be modified twice, which meant another seven weeks.
Finally, in May 2023, the prosthesis was ready. The happiness was short-lived, after two months the prosthesis started to move, it's uncomfortable, it doesn't fit on the jaw, a lot of food gets under it. Practically, every time I eat something I have to take it out and clean it.
If lying was a job, Dentist 0900 would be billionaires. It was the worst medical experience I've had in 56 years.
Now I'm saving money for another prosthesis. I hope to find a good doctor.
Of course, the Practice manager of Dentist 0900 will answer: "I checked the files and it is not true, you were not our patient".
Unfortunately, I was. And I regret this very much...

Given your absence of dental insurance, we have diligently pursued the submission of your case to the insurance company in order to secure the necessary provisions for the prosthesis. This arrangement ensures that you are receiving the maximum coverage afforded to Dutch patients under basic insurance policies.

In our pursuit of a suitable resolution, we have established communication with a dental specialist who possesses a comprehensive understanding of your unique circumstances. Multiple entreaties have been made to the insurance company with the aim of securing coverage for an acrylic removable prosthesis for your upper jaw. I am pleased to report that your primary insurance provider has indeed allocated the requisite funds, with the explicit stipulation that this coverage pertains exclusively to your upper jaw.

With respect to the delay you have experienced, it is imperative to elucidate that this delay is intrinsically linked to the Ossio integration process. This temporal allowance is essential to afford the bone the necessary duration to fully assimilate the artificial root structure, as is customary in the case of dental implants.

Regarding the issue of food impaction, as previously articulated, the prosthesis in question is designed to be removable and is affixed to a bar. Consequently, it is entirely reasonable to remove it once or more times daily for the purposes of meticulous hygiene maintenance.

Furthermore, should you find yourself dissatisfied with the arrangement of the prosthetic teeth, it is incumbent upon us to accommodate your preferences. To this end, we have duly noted your request and have undertaken the complete reconstruction of the denture to ensure your utmost satisfaction. It is pertinent to mention that you possess an overdenture removable prosthesis affixed to your implants, commonly referred to as "klickgebit" in the Netherlands. Regrettably, I lack familiarity with the terminology employed in your country of origin.

Lastly, if any grievances or concerns persist, we would greatly appreciate your direct communication with our office, rather than resorting to derogatory language. We remain committed to assisting you in the resolution of any outstanding issues and are open to the consideration of a well-reasoned second opinion from an alternative dental practice, should you wish to explore this avenue as a potential solution to your concerns.

Smiling with life!😁

Hello, I have been a client of this dental clinic for several years and I am very grateful for all they services and professionalism applied to my teeth. I have currently finished two implants in my upper front teeth and this looks like a work of art, with great attention in details and finished. With reasonable prices also , I always love to smile!! Thank you!😁🙏🏻✨
