Personal and prompt communication - 5 stars
I haven't even gotten my product yet, but I had reached out to cancel any auto renewal charges that might be upcoming after 30 days. They were so responsive and timely with their communication and kindly let me know that there were no auto charges set up to accrue on my account. I was so appreciative.

I love this product! I use it daily and there’s no clumping. The eyeliner pen is also good and stays put.

Charged extra for the purchase
Charged for the purchase, then another charge I have no idea what for!! So a $20 purchase became $50! At checkout said AUD but calculations indicate American dollars charged.... yet it came from Asia somewhere.... Order arrived and you pull the wand out and the excess goop on the brush is ridiculous! Do not recommend at all! Dodgy dodgy dodgy!

I am very happy with the great communication I had with the friendly & helpful representatives of this company, which ultimately led to an amicable outcome. However, I also made it very clear that, if/when I decide to order more of their products, I do not wish to have a repeat of what happened at Checkout.......i.e. finding extra items added to my Order, that I knew nothing about, but I ended up having to pay for, on the premise I could return them, if I didn't want them. And, I considered that to be....a most unacceptable Business practice that did not bode well for me as a Customer, when I knew I wanted only 2 Mascaras, and expected to be charged accordingly, when I ordered them online. So, to ultimately discover that 3 extra Mascaras & 2 Eyeliners had been added to my Order, and whatsmore.....only once the Checkout process had been completed....... THAT was unheard of, and MUST NEVER happen, again!!!!

Ordered almost 2 months ago. They said it had been delivered. Checked again, asked neighbors even watched security camera footage. There wasn't a single delivery to my building the day they say it got delivered. Asked for refund, they offered to send another one, which still hasn't arrived. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my daughter. Birthday came and went, no mascara. Stopped responding to emails asking for tracking info. Wtf

Taking money from account without consent
I am only giving two stars because the mascara is actually really good.
However, upon ordering, they added extra charges that I did not agree to. Now, a month later, a purchase of 31.63 was taken out of my shop account/paypal without my consent. I know for a fact that i did not sign up for reoccuring purchases, as I dont do that and certainly wouldnt wihtout trying the product first. I have reached out to customer service and hope that this will be refunded and resolvd shortly.

Mascara is amazing
Mascara is amazing, my lashes look fantastic. They also feel better, more softer. Definitely worth buying.
There was an issue with the non subscription, however after sending through an email Summer resolved for me. She was quick, efficient and courteous throughout her responses.

It made my lashes longer for sure
It made my lashes longer for sure. When we finally got the service going I got my package I ordered fast. I wish that it was water proof but it wasn't!!! The two brushes are nice n easy to glide on ur lashes!! Over all its alright.

If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. They are such a scam company, they sign you up for subscriptions without you even clicking the box to agree. Then they will claim that you clicked it. They refuse to get full refunds back even though it's their Bots that cause these issues. This is the biggest scam company I've dealt with in quite some time. Don't waste your money or time. Just go out to a drugstore and pick up Cosmetics there because it will do the exact same.

I loved the product but unknowingly signed up for a subscription. When my bank account showed a pending amount was to be taken out for my next shipment of mascara, I contacted this company, and they got onto it asap - very efficient and friendly. Problem fixed - no dramas. I will buy the product again.

There customer service was too tier
There customer service was too tier. My order never came but said it did, they sent out another product no questions. Monica made my experience so enjoyable and I absolutely recommend this company and there product.
