The advice and care I received was of the highest standard and it is clear that your eye health is the number 1 priority. I decided against the surgery due to my difficult prescription and there was absolutely no pressure just excellent honest advice. When I decide to have eye surgery I will return as I have full confidence in the team at LaserVision.

After two bad experiences with two other laser eye companies I decided to try again and I was not disappointed with Laser Vision in Manchester. The communication from the first email contact was clear and informative. I was offered a consultation and when I went I was impressed with the modern location inside Manchester Royal Eye Hospital. After all the eye tests during the consultation I was told I was suitable for laser eye surgery and I decided to go for LASIK. Mr Brahma is a very professional surgeon who has a lot of experience. His team around him made the experience even better and they answered all my questions with no hesitation. The staff at reception were very welcoming and made sure my needs were met. The surgery was over quickly and throughout Mr Brahma made me feel comfortable as possible as well as doing a great job. The aftercare was very good too.
I was 100% satisfied with the LASIK surgery.

Dr Maycock was very professional, talked me through all my options regarding my laser treatment. The whole team were friendly and welcoming really put me at ease for the procedure. Aftercare had been exceptional with regular follow up.

The time had come, cataracts were needing attention. There was only one person I could possibly trust to perform the procedures. Mr. M. Tappin had been treating John for over thirty years, I had always been in attendance with his appointments and in all this time I had found Mr. Tappin, to be approachable and knowledgeable in matters concerning eyes. I asked would he treat my eyes. Emma, his lovely secretary contacted me with dates, followed up with all the necessary paperwork / e/mails, I knew from her persona I was in very capable hands. I was subsequently booked into The Nuffield Health, Shores Road, Woking, on my arrival reception and staff were friendly and positive, I was taken to my room. The necessary booking procedure was dealt with, BP, questions on my health etc. a visit from Mr. Tappin, where he went through the surgery in great detail, drew a mark over my eye, asking had I any questions. He had been very explicit, I had none. The team in the theatre, again were amazing and reassuring. I felt relaxed, and as he began the procedure, again Mr. Tappin explained in detail what he was doing at every stage. He visited my room afterwards and expressed what I may and may not expect. This happened fifteen days later when I had the right eye operated on. Two follow up appointments had been initiated, everything had gone well. I would like to thank everyone I had contact with, most of all Mr. Tappin, who at every stage of my treatments, was professional, approachable and charming.

The experience from start to end was excellent. From the first consultation with Mr Tappin through to the arranging an urgent check up on a bank holiday (all included) after an accident.
The care, quality of the facilities. equipment and outcome all exceeded my expectations.
I would recommend LaserVision to any that are considering having surgery. The only downside is the need to travel to Portsmouth for the surgery while consultations are local in Guildford/Woking.

The treatment was efficient, pain free and didn't cause me any significant discomfort. The procedure itself was fascinating. Every staff member I met (there were many on the days of the procedures, one eye at a time) were very professional and on top of their game.
After the ops there are several appointments to keep a check upon how the eyes are settling. These are with Mr Tappin and Opthamologists from his team. Mr Tappin does not rush the appointments. He is very informative with a pleasant personality.
Likewise the Opthamologists, Geeta and Neelam.

I cannot praise Laser Prema high enough, Rakesh & his team are a credit to high quality service together with client care second to none.
From day 1 of going for the initial consultation no hard sell, too where I am now virtually spectacle free after 54 years except for very close up work and reading, nothing was to much trouble from the moment you entered the building the front of house staff made you feel at ease and relaxed.
Every e-mail of which there were many(sorry)were answered promptly with clear concise explanations.

I went to the LaserVision Prema clinic in Portsmouth for LASIK. I received wonderful care throughout the process which really made a difference to my experience. The clinic itself is great- it’s a nice relaxing environment pre-op. All of the staff took great care of me from initial consultation to the final checkup. I saw amazing results from my LASIK and I’m extremely happy with it! Thanks to Rakesh and the team in Portsmouth!

Mr Jayaswal is brilliant. He is kind, extremely meticulous and following our initial consultation, I had complete trust in him as my surgeon.

He took plenty of time to explain the procedure, as well as all my options and he made me feel comfortable to ask as many questions as I liked. The entire LaserVision team was fantastic - they put me at ease throughout the process and made me feel well cared for.
