We've been working with laser lights for more then 20 years now and we've been so gratefull to find out LaserCube product. Having such a small size factor makes it very convenient for experimenting and testing new ideas and their features and quality are amazing for the prize. 100% recommended !!

The buying process itself was fairly easy, but once I received the product in Europe, I had to pay around €100 extra in customs fees, which made the total price even harder to justify.

Once I started using the device, the experience did not improve. The product is quite noisy, and the activation process felt messy and unreliable. Sometimes I had to turn the key, activate it, turn it off and on again, and repeat the process before it worked properly. For a product at this price point, I expected something smoother and more polished.

The visual effects were also not as impressive as I expected. I am not a professional laser user, just a hobbyist using it at home, but considering the price, I honestly do not feel that it delivers enough value. The equalizer effect was much less impressive than I thought it would be, and most of the modes did not really impress me.

The only feature I genuinely liked was the pre-programmed laser show mode. However, there are only a limited number of shows available, and I could not find much additional content online. Even those shows were not as impressive as what you see in promotional videos or online demonstrations.

I also feel that to really get value out of the device, you probably need to spend time programming shows for specific songs and for your own room setup. That may be interesting for advanced users, but it is time-consuming and not very intuitive for someone who just wants to enjoy good laser effects at home.

After being disappointed, I decided to return the product. Unfortunately, I only received a very partial refund, which made the whole experience even more frustrating and completely destroyed any willingness I had to buy from the company again.

Overall, I would not recommend LaserCube based on my experience. For the same amount of money, I honestly think most hobby users would be better off buying a very good video projector and using it to create nice visual effects at home.

well I still don't even know when I will get my cube! there has been nothing sent to me about it being shipped or when it will arrive and no tracking!

The website navigation for checkout wasn't great. and you forgot the nanofogger with the initial shipment.

But that's all inconsequential compared to the awesomeness of the laser cube. I am g0nna have some real fun with this thing.

I missed out on the opportunity of a lifetime photographing 80 lazered up supercars on a 3 day cruise because of Chinese new year and the delivery delay 🫠. No obvious pre warnings like a normal shop about up and coming potential issues just an email after ordering telling me it was going to be delayed . Brilliant lazer none the less. 😂

The purchasing process and guidance through it was amazing. Really like the product so far what I have managed to do with it. Am an absolute beginner so have to learn from scratch…that’s where I feel the experience is far from satisfactory as most tutorials are fast paced and seem to assume mastery. There shd be some tutorials which are step by step guides for newbies like me. I noticed other people complaining in comments under your videos too so definitely an area to improve on

Yall kinda save the good old party before covid 19. Take my word for it. Well damn done really. If one day AI decided to wipe out humanity, ill be sure to party with this device knowing full well wicked lasers save my good memories when humanity is still good ^_^

Had a hard time to figure out customs and taxes beforehand, would be nice to have some more assistance on that. Otherwise very fast delivery.
