During our last visit in February, I wanted to make a booking for Cool sculpting treatments; however, the Computers were frozen, and the Consultants were busy.
I left my details, and they committed to call me back. A month passed, no calls/ no messages received - I thought to check in person during our March visit for my daughter’s laser treatment, and I was told that the LCA did no longer provide the Coolsculpting treatment! One of the Consultants (Grace?) lied to me that she tried to ring me 6-7 times. The LCA has my correct details and I have no missed calls recorded on my mobile phone!

Furthermore, the same Consultant did not bother to check my daughter’s booking records - and asked us whether under arms would also be treated - she is the same Consultant who sold us the package, and provided the previous treatments. This was my daughter’s 4th laser treatment, not the first!

As you can imagine, after the failure of booking me for the Coolsculpting treatment, this unnecessary quest made me to think that the LCA does not care about its customers!!

I’ve been a client of Neutral Bay Laser Clinics Australia for several years and I’ve always been happy with the level and quality of services and staff. Would highly recommend.

Came in today for a chemical peel, led and laser. I accidentally got my days mixed up but Stef the manager at neutral bay was so accommodating and fit me in so I really appreciated that. Also shoutout to Grace, 2IC. She did my treatments and was so meticulous and thoughtful. With my peel, she really took the time to explain the treatment, how it would react with my skin as I have sensitive skin. She also went the extra mile to say if I had any reaction to come in through the week and let her know. Thanks girls!

Grace in the Neutral Bay clinic is absolutely wonderful! She checked in with me constantly while treating me and was very thorough!
