I have been a client for years without any issues. However, my clinic in Hurstville, NSW recently closed down, and despite having prepaid for my laser session, Laser Clinics refuses to refund my money. Initially, they claimed the closed clinic was a franchise, making a refund uncertain. Despite multiple attempts to schedule appointments at another location, they stopped responding to my emails. When I requested a refund, they began ignoring all my emails. It's disappointing to see such dishonest practices from this company.

The ladies at Hurstville Laser Clinics Australia were lovely and amazing at their job. My laser lady, Iphi, was particularly outstanding and catered to all my needs during my session. I'd highly recommend their services and am looking forward to coming again!

My friend and I have been going to this clinic for the past two years and had a treatment with girl name Julie. Because Julie left the clinic and nobody sims to know the exact reason why and when shel'l be back I agreed to have my treatment done with someone else ( girl named Sylva).
From the beginning my experience with her wasn't good. She clean my skin from my makeup applying too much pressure on to my face which I would consider very uncomfortable but I didn't complain. Then I had my Botox injection done and and up with most of my face bruised. The worst bruising is around my chin and the jaw (5 cm long bruise). I could feel it the needle was going into the jaw bone not the muscle. I would say that my friend experience with Sylva was equally unsatisfying. Laser clinic Hurstville must employed experience injectable nurse.
Want be going there again.
