I have done my laser hair removal treatment with cris in white city Westfield and had an amazing experience. I have few treatments with her and she is brilliant have some tips from her too. Also she is very kind and friendly taking extra care during treatment as well thanks cris xx

I bought your promotion online for 50% off but when I went to pay in store it said as I chose the pay there it was no longer valid as I didn’t pay at time of booking and my only option to get the 50% off was to pay £270 instead of £89 to get the 3 packages! No sort manager around, girl who did my treatment was lovely, another girl who barely spoke English was rude. Will report to trading standards as surely you can’t scam people like this!

I've done laser hair removal but they didn't use the right volume so none of my hair fell down. Waste of money (I've done many times now so I understand when they do it properly and when not)

Very poor experience. I have had several laser sessions here, and it is clear they are not interested in treating my skin or addressing my specific requirements. They simply follow company instructions like robots and refuse to take responsibility for any concerns raised. Taking treatment here is a waste of time and money. Every client deserves to be treated based on their skin type and unique issues—not dictated by inflexible company policies

Victoria from the Guildford branch is so knowledgeable on laser hair removal, she explains each step of how the laser treats the hair in each phase. She is incredibly thorough and doesn’t miss a spot. Will always book with her. Amazing job! Thank you as always

Had hydrafacial at clinic in Ilford and I left with bruising on my forehead as a result of aggressive or incorrect technique from the practitioner. Hydrafacial is known no be a gentle treatment, therefore reactions of such are quite rare and only happen in exceptional circumstances and I don’t have a particularly sensitive skin to justify what happened. Maybe staff is not adequately trained in how to use the equipment, however, not pleased with the experience and wouldn’t return for any other services.

The lady who did my treatment was very welcoming and did my treatment, at a very high standard. I have booked again for further treatments.

The lady wasn’t friendly barely spoke and didn’t even take the white pencil mark on my legs. I had to ask to get it taken off! Bit disappointing as I’ve been using your services for some time

I had laser treatment package with this company, the staffs were kind , polite and welcoming. Now I am on my second treatment of microdermabrasion, I tell you, my face had never been this even and glowing before. A special thanks to @Jess, who always took time to explain after care of each treatment and tell me that I am doing well looking after my skin as she had explained to me. Thank you laser clinic 🙏🏾

Zanna was wonderful as usual, she is always so kind and takes really good care of you. Everytime i have her she makes me laugh and we always have great convo. She really takes her time to make sure the session is done efficiently.

The second time I have been treated by Dom and she is absolutely amazing!! Super friendly, makes me feel so comfortable during the sessions and really good energy to be around! I think I have now had 7 treatments here, and highly recommend! Laser hair removal can be a bit awks but the girls here really make it so quick, effortless and easy.
