Great customer experience but lacking instrument knowledge
The system was okay but the customer services employee didn't really know anything about guitars and didn't seem to understand why I needed to change the description of my guitar. They were perfectly polite and very helpful just a bit lacking in the knowledge that I'd perhaps expect from a musical instrument insurer.

Hello there. It has been an easy choice to renew my cello insurance policy with Lark Music. I feel that they are well organised with their policy details,and that their prices are fair for what the policy needs to cover. My instrument insurance, is very important to get correct due to it's value,and this is what I have been offered .
