They delivered the correct key, within the time window stated, at a reasonable price. There is little more I could ask for.

Awful company. I ordered one key that broke off my keyboard and couldn't clip back on. Like other reviews I've read on this page, they sent me an email saying that the key was out of stock but they could send me the hinge, which is the tiniest little piece of plastic you've ever seen. Amongst other options, like sending a random key with a sticker on it, which has also been mentioned in reviews here.

Luckily my key seemed intact so this little plastic hinge seemed like it would be enough. In my response email I asked whether or not they would be doing a partial refund or charging me $13 for this tiny little piece of plastic when they can't offer me the whole product that I've ordered. They completely ignored me in their response, so I replied saying, "You've not answered my question. Are you charging me $13 for this little plastic hinge only?" No response.

Absolutely disgusting service and almost robbery. I will be leaving reviews anywhere else that I can find to make sure it costs them far more than $13.

DO NOT support this "business!".

Ordered a replacement for a key that had randomly broken off my ASUS ROG laptop. Support were very helpful cancelling an order I'd made to the wrong address, the key arrived a few weeks later (shipping from US to UK) and popped right in. Very satisfied overall.

They Asked me to clarify the key needed, then said they were out of stock but could sell me a whole new keyboard for my laptop. Seems like a scam to get you to buy way more than you need.

They gave me a full refund. But I'm giving them one star for not showing out of stock on their website and trying to upsell an expensive replacement

I had contacted this company for 2 replacement keys for a Chromebook keyboard that wasn't on their list of keys . They said it was the same as another key they had. They provided me with a link they created for the key to order. It was almost twice the price as the other Chromebook keys they had listed... Pretty sleazy way to do business... it would of cost me over $40 for two keys delivered...

This is a genuine website and company. Ordered a single key 10 days ago with shipping to Germany, arrived in a letter.
There is a similar fake website laptopkeys.com, don't order there! Only laptopkey.com is genuine with the blue arrow logo.

Really great service. ordered a tab and caps lock key from them and had no issues. Just ordered a CTRL key from them and forgot to specify right or left. within the hour I got an email from their team asking for clarification. Great customer service and great product.

They replaced an order that was lost in shipping, free of charge. They also caught the fact I'd ordered the wrong hinge. Dealing with me probably cost them 10x more than the profit from selling a single letter Q. So I'm very happy with them.

Do not purchase from this company. I ordered a single key and hinges to replace a broken key on my child's Lenovo laptop. I received an email a little over a day later saying the key was not in stock, but they could substitute it with a random key with a sticker on it. I was told the random key would not be backlit, but would be compatible. I told them to go ahead and send the random key. They did not offer a partial refund, even though the random key was obviously inferior without the backlit function. I also did not ask for a partial refund.

The key and hinges took just over two weeks to arrive and I received an email link with video instructions on how to install the key. The key and hinges I received were already put together as one piece, but the video showed the hinges separate from the key. The person in the video gave instructions on how to attach the hinges together and lay them in the empty key slot. That was it, nothing about the key. I assumed you just lay the key overtop and press down, which is what I gathered from other YouTube videos. The problem was, again, my key and hinges were already snapped together as one piece. The only option I had was to remove the hinges from the backside of the key, if I wanted to follow the directions they had given me. So that is what I attempted to do. The hinges do not remove easily from the key and are very fragile, so naturally I broke them. I explained to "Marie", via email, exactly what I have written here and asked for a replacement key or refund. Marie offered to send out another key, but I would have to pay for shipping. I replied stating I didn't believe I should be responsible for shipping, due to their faulty instructions. Marie ended up refunding the cost of the key, but charged me for the shipping and handling. Now I have no key, I'm out $5 and wasted over two weeks of my time.

I know this review is long, but when you leave a negative review, you should provide context. With all of that being said, do not give this company your money. When a company is willing to lose a person's business over $5, that says a lot. As others have mentioned, take your computer to a repair shop and save your time and money.

Had a great time with Laptopkey. They were really helpful with queries. Delivery from US to UK was pretty quickly. Ordered two separate keys. Everything arrived as described. Will definitely use Laptopkey again if I need more laptop keys!

They were super helpful, I emailed them beforehand to confirm they actually had the key I needed and they were always very fast to answer. Had to wait for a couple of months for them to have stock again, but as soon as they did I ordered the key, it was fast and easy to install. Highly recommend!

Terrible and misleading website and terrible customer service. They will not take responsibility for sending me the wrong part, even though I followed the ordering directions on their website that stated that they had 100+ pieces in stock of the parts I needed, on their website. Then they blamed the ordering error on me and claimed I ordered the wrong part and the key and hinge I required was not available. Yet it plainly reflects it on their website. Then they informed me that if I send the wrong part back for a refund, they will deduct postage, shipping and handling and a restocking fee. That's an 80% loss for me on an incompetent error committed by them. Disgruntled.

what a joke. their videos have NO relation to the replacement you receive. The parts look very different and the videos are just some generic "fix it". They didn't even have the correct key so they pasted a letter over the key they sent me. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE BOZO'S
