Not a fan of the Axia HaloRing dryer. Found it awkward to use; maybe meant more for long hair and mine is short.

LOVE the Le Duo Classic Grande 360 Airflow Styler. Once you do a little practice very easy to use. And never burned myself
Nice! The towel that came with the hair dryer is great and so far the styling products all do well.

I do want to return the dryer but can I somehow keep the towel?

Fan speed is to high even when using the lowest setting.

Just ordered 3 of my most used hair styling products. Arrived on good condition with no issues.

Love my flat iron! I bought one about 8 years ago and it felt like it was time for a new one and I was so right! The new one just makes hair so straight like love. I will only use l’ange on my hair!

It’s horrible. It’s hard. It pulls out your hair.

It made my blow out so much more bouncy and full it made my look more glamorous, thank you the product is amazing.

The product is just okay. After trying it, I definitely don't love it and would not have bought it if I had been able to try it first. And the fact that you are not allowed to return, or even to swap out for another tool is a big disappointment. I didn't pay close enough attention to realize that when I made the purchase, or I would not have taken the risk on purchasing this tool. I have bought other tools from L'ange that I really like, so it's not that they don't make great things. They do and I really love some of their other tools. This one, the Glam Wave, is just was not right for me it turns out, and there's nothing I can do about that since they don't accept any type of return or exchange. A lot of money to spend on something I won't use.

The item I purchased did not work for me but that does not mean it is not a good product. Returning the item was very easy.

The brush did not curl my hair . I wanted to return it but I was told I couldn’t .

Delivery was in a timely manner. Products are as advertised. I’d like more products for fine hair and naturally gray or white.

I wanted to return the LeVolume Brush, glass hair, dry shampoo and texture spray I was informed they were non returnable. This was not an apparent policy when I purchased these items or I would have never ordered them. At least with Amazon or Nordtroms they have user friendly returns. By the way, don’t bother calling they never answer as the phone is busy and no way to leave a message.

I already have this item but could not bear being without it, even for a day, so I bought an extra for a back up and two additional as gifts. I really wanted pink, but those were already sold out, so I had to order black 😢 My hair is thin and this provides just enough volume to give me what I want. My daughter and daughter in law will be happy I discovered this!

Find it very hard to use this iron . Where my fingers hold the iron and twisting to curl the temp keeps being dropped down bc that’s where the controls are . Thinking about returning
