This is a waver. Does not hold my hair to straighten. Love the waver tho just feel it’s false advertising to say it does both

Love the hair dryer so much I bought them for my daughters in law and granddaughters.
Had some trouble with mine after a few months but the Customer Service was amazing and promptly replaced it with a new one!

Glam wave. The product is not great honestly. It doesn't do much. The bristles are rough and damage hair. Unable to return or get store credit because it was part of a package. Money wasted.

Had a problem with an order & product leaked. L'ange customer service made it right.

All good and I love that the barrel detaches. Easy to use and dries my hair quickly. However, my only problem is that the low setting is still extremely hot and the barrel gets very hot. I'm not used for this extreme heat on my hair. Another thing is the grib of the handle which is a little too smooth to hold on to comfortably while rotating the brush as it tends to slide in my fist as I rotate the brush.

The product feels nice, I do wish it held my hair bette as it lifts for a very short time.

I recently purchased the Glam Wave from L’ange. I want to say that I absolutely luv it. Fast, easy to use, and doesn’t seem to cause damage to my hair.
Additionally-the customer service I received was great. One of the advertised products was missing from the order when it arrived, so I reached out to the help center. They promptly shipped it out to me and were very helpful.

One of the products came damaged to me. I emailed about it and within a few days a new one was delivered, no questions asked. Love all the products.

Website is user friendly. I never have an issue searching for products. Love all the new items. Some disappointment that lots of items are sold at, but understandable when you have sales.
