My parcel has been stuck in your warehouse since December 3rd with no update or movement, despite being marked for fast delivery. This shipment (tracking number: LTN419844060) is supposed to be delivered to Vallauris, 06220, France.
What makes this situation even more unacceptable is that this parcel is a Christmas gift. With the holiday season approaching, the lack of communication and delay is extremely frustrating.
I have contacted support and am still waiting for a clear explanation or a concrete delivery update. I strongly expect an immediate response and resolution.
I hope this issue will be handled urgently.

They have not updated my package
They have not updated my package since Monday and was ment to get it by now but they have failed to provide help or update on where my item is, I fear it’s lost or stuck and il never receive it. It was LTN420763387 without updates since the beginning of this week. I’ve not had a issue with them until now so I don’t know what other people have dealt with but I am disappointed in them for this

Landmark Global is absolute trash
My order was placed with the Manchester United Team store on 24Nov2025. Landmark took possession of the package and it cleared customs in the US on 28Nov2025. The package has not moved since that date. I have sent 8 emails and called nearly one hundred times and I am convinced at this point, no one actually works there. They are an absolute joke of a company and based on the other reviews, they are aware of how pathetic they are and they just don't care. If anyone there actually sees this and cares to follow up, which I doubt, the tracking number is LTN416220999. If you see it and don't respond then, I truly hope you have the day that you deserve.
Holiday family photos ruined
My package for our holiday family photos clothing pieces has been just sitting in the same location since NOVEMBER 28TH I tried to order a month ahead and I'm still having to go to the store and get all new outfits for my whole family because my package just stopped moving. if i see an item being shipped with them again i will Definitely cancel the order.

I placed an order on November 18th, I doubt they can deliver it before Christmas
I’m approaching fourth week of waiting, still no updates from these bunch of flakes.
My package is stuck somewhere in Europe, under unclear “tendered to international gateway” status, since November 28th.
I thought that ordering something on November 18th was in good time to get it delivered before Christmas.
I didn’t know they would have handled this.

I have been waiting for my package since October 10th it says it has left belgium and is "in transit" to Nicaragua, funny thing is I received another package that I did after this one already, I contacted via e-mail and the only answer is contact your vendor my tracking number is EC221215651BE. Update: You saw the answer "contact the vendor" the vendor is NOT responsible for the shipping you are! You should.be able to tell me if my package is lost or not!

I beg you, avoid using this delivery company! My parcel has been in "tendered to International Gateway" status for a week. With no progress since then, I wanted to email them, but the customer service address doesn't work! What a nightmare...

Horrible experience
Horrible experience! Said it had sent notification that it was at pickup point, no notification sent. Prepare to go pick it up today because I checked the tracking yesterday and then it shows that it's been sent to Jönköping even though it had already arrived at the pickup point in my town. At least it's now in Bring's system so I can track it properly and don't have to guess where my package is and when I can pick it up
Edit after answer from Landmark: Yes, the package has been picked up after assistance from Bring customer service after it had been sent around in a way that even surprised them. Even the people at the pickup location was surprised about how it had been handled

NFL Jersey Order Lost No Updates
Purchased an NHL Jersey from Fanatics on October 1st. ETA delivery date was 10-6 to 10-15. The order was supposed to be delivered to Colombia and it went from USA all the way to Belgium. Landmark global is a carrier partner of Parcel Hero. Apparently parcel Hero used landmark global services to deliver my package worth £250 to Pakistan.
It’s been more than 2 weeks and past the delivery time which was 4th of November, I’m still waiting on its status update. I requested them to at least return my package back to me if they can’t deliver. But the customer service is pathetic. Both parcel hero and landmark global are responsible for this debacle.
They’re Horrible, unprofessional, discourteous, scammers, lairs. They must be banned from operating in the UK.
If I don’t get an update on my parcel soon I’ll explore legal avenues.
