My package UD088083585BE has been on the “complete” stage for a while now and I have never received my package. My Amazon has not been updated since the 29th of December and I’ve ordered it almost a month ago with little to no updates. And I have no clue who my package got handed off to for delivery within my city.

Extremely unreliable

Extremely unreliable. Their staff also steals the packages. They deliver, take a photo for proof of delivery. If they know that the customer is not home to receive the package, they steal it back after delivering the package. If the company were to hire reliable staff, they won't be having issues. Worst courier company!!

HORRIBLE

I ordered items from YesStyle and my parcel was shipped via Landmark Global. My shipment with tracking ID LTN419338937 has been stuck in “Routed” status since December 2, with no updates or movement shown on the tracking page. Today is January 5, which means it has been over a month with no scan and no confirmation that the parcel has even left the export hub.

I contacted Landmark Global directly on December 21 regarding tracking ID LTN419338937. They replied once saying my inquiry had been forwarded to the appropriate team, but I never received any follow-up or concrete information after that, despite waiting.

YesStyle confirmed that the order was shipped from their warehouse and that the delay is on the shipping partner’s side. At this point, no one is able to tell me where my parcel actually is, whether it has been exported, or if it is simply sitting in a warehouse.

The biggest issue is the complete lack of transparency and communication. Tracking does not update, customer service does not respond properly, and there is no way for end customers to get real answers. Automated replies just ask you to wait indefinitely.

Based on my experience and the many similar reviews I have since read, this appears to be a recurring problem. Extremely slow, poor communication, and not reliable. I would strongly recommend avoiding sellers that use Landmark Global if you want a smooth and traceable delivery experience.

UPDATE : January 22

As of January 22, I still have not received my package. YesStyle has now confirmed that the shipment is lost.
It has been over two months, and my local postal service confirms there is no record of the parcel ever entering the country. There was no arrival scan, no EMS intake, nothing.
I order online regularly from China, Japan, Europe, and the US, and this has never happened to me before. Delays are one thing, but a parcel completely disappearing with no clear tracking or accountability is unacceptable.
This experience has confirmed how unreliable Landmark Global is.

If I could give 0…

If I could give 0, I would. Ordered a custom funko pop off their website on 8/12, and even with promised delivery before Christmas, it’s yet to be delivered. Additionally, the tracking information shows that my package has been sat in a facility somewhere for 2 weeks. No movement. This is unnacceptable. My tracking number is H00TCA0026716260 , and I need a report on where the hell my package is.

Horrible just the worst experience

Horrible just the worst experience. I’ve ordered from a site called YesStyle since 2016 and never had a problem with them, until now, they used to ship with DHL or other shipping companies but this was the first time they have used landmark, and I never got my package. I ordered in October and have gotten a refund from YesStyle, but the whole process was such a hassle. It seems landmark global made a mistake due to which my local postal office could not give me my order, after it took so long to even get there. I had to hound YesStyle because landmark globals costumer service would not answer. Had it not been for YesStyle my money would have gone to waste. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a present from lids.ca in mid November it was to be delivered by the 15-22. The item hasn’t moved from Salt Lake City since then. I read another review that the same thing happened to them. It hadn’t moved for over 30 days I cancelled my order and got money back but I will not use lids.ca again if they use this company.

I ordered on 5 December. As of 24 December, my package has still not arrived.
According to the tracking information, the parcel has already reached my destination, yet there has been no update or successful delivery. This delay is extremely disappointing, especially given the length of time that has passed since the order date.

If you can avoid this company please do. its insanse. I am extremely disappointed with this…

I am extremely disappointed with this delivery experience.

I placed my order on 22/11, and was given the tracking number LDLBUS030541649. As of today, there has been no delivery, no meaningful tracking updates, and no communication whatsoever.

I have contacted customer support multiple times, yet nobody has been willing to take responsibility or provide any clear answers. I have received no proactive contact, no explanation for the delay, and no resolution.

This item was purchased as a Christmas present for my daughter, and due to the complete lack of communication and action, it now appears that it will never arrive in time — if it arrives at all. This has taken away the purpose of the gift entirely and caused unnecessary stress during what should be a happy time of year.

What makes this worse is not just the delay, but the total absence of customer care. When customers spend their money in good faith, they deserve transparency and accountability — neither of which I have received.

I would strongly caution others against relying on this delivery service, especially for time-sensitive or important purchases

What even is this company

What even is this company? Shipping? Apparently? Maybe? Who knows. I ordered on Nov 23. It 'shipped' Nov 28 and has been sitting in Salt Lake City since then. Absolutely worst delivery service on…

Absolutely worst delivery service on the planet.. I placed my order november 28, it shipped out on november thirtieth. It's now three days overdue and the tracking has not updated since the day.It's shipped.. Tracking number is LTN418559559. Customer service does not answer. There are no answers.. They should change their name to grinch delivery service. I see that most of their responses are to contact the seller. The seller didn't lose my package, landmark did. Absolutely no accountability on their part. I can't understand why any business would trust this company to deliver their products. Hopefully enough customers reach out to the sellers and they drop their contracts with landmark. Landmark has proven themselves to be consistently unreliable.

Ordered funko pops on November 28th…

Ordered funko pops on November 28th (tracking no. LTN420931955) and on December 8th it said "grouped at landmark facility" and has been there ever since. I ordered early so it would arrive for christmas (was due weds 17th), but now my dad that i see maybe 8 weeks out of the year won't get his gift. Both funko and landmark customer service have not replied to any emails. This is appalling as it's been almost 3 weeks now.

Edit - it's been delivered, however amazon gave me the updates and told me what was going on. Landmark is still shitty, but atleast I can give me dad his christmas present now 🥲

I made an order from Funko Pop who use Amazon shipping, who in turn use Landmark Global. The item never arrived and I received to tracking updates for over four weeks. I have now been informed that the item was "lost in transit" and there is no means to process a refund as neither party will accept accountability.
